中華文明五千年積淀孕育了豐富多彩的非物質文化遺產(以下簡稱“非遺\")，這些文化瑰寶承載著中華民族深厚的精神血脈。在新時代背景下，我國將非遺傳承與保護工作提升至重要戰略地位，習近平總書記指出，非遺的系統性保護工作要“把保護傳承和開發利用有機結合起來\"2。傳承與保護非遺這一時代使命，不僅彰顯了民族精神、塑造了國家文化形象與民族特質，更是強化文化認同、凝聚民族向心力、促進民族繁榮發展的核心動力[]

我國非遺保護工作已形成完善的法治化體系。2011年2月，《中華人民共和國非物質文化遺產法》正式實施；2021年8月，中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳聯合印發《關于進一步加強非物質文化遺產保護工作的意見》，全國31個省(區、市)相繼制定地方性非遺保護條例，標志著我國非遺保護工作進入制度化、規范化新階段。

在實踐層面，我國非遺保護成果豐碩：截至目前，43個項目人選《聯合國教科文組織非物質文化遺產名錄(名冊)》，數量居全球之首；構建了覆蓋國家、省、市、縣四級的非遺保護名錄體系，其中國家級非遺代表性項目1557項、在世國家級代表性傳承人2433名，各級非遺項目總數超過10萬項。同時，通過實施非遺記錄工程、傳承人研修培訓計劃、推進非遺學科建設等舉措，不斷推動非遺保護工作向縱深發展。

作為高校文化建設的核心陣地，大學圖書館肩負著文化傳承創新的重要使命。在非遺傳承與保護工作中，高校圖書館應當充分發揮其文化樞紐作用，將非遺文化與新思維、新技術融合，促進非遺文化的創新發展，為非遺文化的傳承與保護貢獻力量。……
