黑龍江省高校冰雪文化現狀及發展對策

摘 ?要：黑龍江省具有獨特的地理環境和得天獨厚的冰雪資源，高校聚集著知識分子和朝氣蓬勃的大學生，在文化建設中處于優勢地位。目前，黑龍江高校在冰雪文化發展上還存在冰雪文化建設意識不強，冰雪運動開展的不好等相對滯后的現狀。高校應提高認識，加快建設，積極開展合作，成為黑龍江冰雪文化建設中的領軍者，在冰雪運動、冰雪雕塑、冰雪攝影、冰雪文學等各領域加快冰雪文化建設的步伐，促進黑龍江冰雪文化發展，培育黑龍江冰雪文化特色，提升黑龍江冰雪文化水平。

Status and Developing Countermeasures on Ice and Snow Culture in Heilongjiang Provincial Colleges and Universities

Abstract： Heilongjiang province has the unique geographical environment and particularly favorable ice and snow resources， colleges and universities are full of professionals and youthful students， has a dominant position in the cultural construction. At present， there is relative delayed situation of ice and snow cultural development in Heilongjiang province that the constructive consciousness of ice and snow sports is not strong and ice and snow sports dont develop well. Colleges and Universities should raise awareness， accelerate the construction， actively develop cooperation， become the ice and snow culture construction leader in Heilongjiang， speed up the steps on ice and snow culture construction with ice and snow sports， ice and snow sculpture， ice and snow photography， ice and snow literature， promote the development of ice and snow culture in Heilongjiang， develop Heilongjiang ice and snow cultural feature， improve Heilongjiang ice and snow cultural level.

1 ? ?引言

冰雪文化是指在冰雪自然環境中從事日常生活的人們，以冰雪生態環境為基礎所采取的或所創造的，具有冰雪符號的生活方式，地域、經濟發展狀況、文化素質等原因制約著冰雪文化的發展程度。黑龍江省地處北緯43°25′至北緯53°33′之間，屬于溫帶大陸性氣候，冬季寒冷、干燥、漫長，平均氣溫在-14.7℃以下，雪期長達四個月之久，山地高度適中，降雪量平均 150 cm，有著得天獨厚的冰雪資源，非常適合開展冰雪運動。因此，在打造學校冰雪文化方面，黑龍江省高校有著天然的優勢[1]，高校也理應成為這方面的排頭兵。冰雪文化涵蓋了人類認識、利用和駕馭冰雪所創造和獲得的全部成就的總和，包括物質的、精神的和社會行為制度的，如，冰雪運動、冰雪雕塑、冰雪文學、冰雪攝影，以及冰雪娛樂活動等，其中冰雪運動是冰雪文化的中心。……
