本科院校計算機專業學生實踐能力不強的歸因研究

摘要： 首先，本科院校計算機專業學生的實踐能力研究情況進行了分析。針對不足，采用問卷調查法、畢業生跟蹤調查、用人單位訪談調查，全面了解高校培養計算機學生專業實踐能力的現狀并進行歸因研究和人才市場對人才需求情況。最后，建議采取相應對策，切實提高學生的實踐能力，對應對市場變化所帶來的挑戰具有借鑒意義。

The Attribution Research of Computer Students'professional Practical Ability in College

Abstract： Firstly， it analyze research situation about computer specialized students' practical ability .Then， aiming at the deficiency， this paper unserstood the present situation ， attribution research adopting the method of questionnaire， a survey of graduates， employers interview survey.Finally， this paper suggests to take corresponding countermeasures， so as to improve the students' practical ability， to have draw lessons from a meaning to respond to market changes bring challenges.

1 研究背景

隨著科學技術的發展，計算機技術在生產、科研、生活等領域得到廣泛而深入的應用。社會迫切需要具有應用型的計算機專業的人才。而高校培養的計算機專業人才普遍存在實踐能力不足、不能滿足用人單位實際需求的現象。針對 “供需矛盾”，國內外學者對實踐能力進行了諸多的研究，也取得了較多的成果。但這些研究成果，在本科院校計算機專業實踐能力方面的研究卻不多。文獻研究較多，實證研究和個案研究較少；大部分研究注重實踐內容的改革和培養途徑的考究，實踐課授課方式往往以老師“教”入手，忽視了“學”的需求；沒有把實踐教學與理論教學放在同等的教學地位，實踐課重視不夠，考核方式不科學。

2 數據采集：問卷、訪談、觀察

數據采集通過以下方法：

1） 問卷調查，問卷的編制包括四個部分，涉及課程設置、教學方式、學習方式和評價方式等四個方面。調查題目分為基礎題6個，課程設置題6個，教學方式題8個，學習方式題10個和評價方式題6個共36個題目，組成問卷一《關于計算機專業學生專業實踐能力培養的調查問卷》，通過對數據的分析最終得到結果。……
