基于現代學徒制的高職軟件技術專業課程體系研究

摘要：現代學徒制本質上是一種基于企業本位的職業教育，與學校本位的職業教育形態具有不同的課程體系。但從目前國內現代學徒制開展情況來看，大多還是從學校本位的角度構建課程體系，沒有進行課程體系設計和學徒的系統培養，未構建具有現代學徒制特點的課程體系。基于上述問題，本文擬提出以企業本位創建課程體系，構建具有現代學徒制特點的模塊化課程體系，重點解決現代學徒制人才培養模式下，高職軟件技術專業課程體系開發的問題。

Abstract： In essence， the modern apprenticeship system is a kind of vocational education based on enterprise standard， which has different curriculum system. But so far as the status of the current modern apprenticeship in domestic， most studies construct curriculum system from the school based perspective， which leads to the consequences of no curriculum system design and apprentice training， meanwhile failing to construct the curriculum system with the characteristics of modern apprentice system. Based on the above problems， this paper proposes to create curriculum system based on enterprise standard， to build a modern apprentice system features modular curriculum system， and comprehensively focuses on solving curriculum system development problems in the modern apprenticeship talents training mode of software technology specialty in higher vocational education .

0 引言

現代學徒制是指學校與企業聯合招生招工，教師與師傅聯合傳授知識技能，工學交替、實崗育人，校企聯合培養行業企業需要的高素質技能型人才的一種職業教育制度。2014年2月26日國務院常務會議，部署了加快發展現代職業教育的任務目標，提出“開展校企聯合招生、聯合培養的現代學徒制試點”[1]。2014年8月25日《教育部關于開展現代學徒制試點工作的意見（教職成[2014]9號）》提出“著力構建現代學徒制培養體系，全面提升技術技能人才的培養能力和水平”。國家《中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要》中提到：建立政府主導、行業指導、企業參與的辦學機制，深化職業教育人才培養模式改革，增強職業教育的吸引力[2]。

推行現代學徒制提升專業服務產業能力，關鍵是要按照企業崗位工作任務構建現代學徒制特點的課程體系，實踐實崗育人，培養既使企業滿意又可增強學生職業技能的技術人才。……
