摘要分析了《采后生物學與技術》實驗課程教學中存在的問題,針對該課程的特點及社會對人才的需求,結合自己的教學實際和他人的教學經驗,以“呼吸強度的測定實驗”為例,對該課程的教學內容、教學方法和教學手段等進行探討,旨在提高教學質量,為學生學好 《采后生物學與技術》 實驗課程教學提供有益的經驗和嘗試。

AbstractThe problems in the teaching of experiment course of postharvest biology and technology were analyzed in this paper. According to the characteristics of the course and the demand of the society, combining with ourselves teaching practice and others teaching experience, the experiment of “determination of fruit and vegetable respiration intensity” was taken as an example. In order to improve the quality of teaching and provide useful teaching for students to learn the postharvest biology and technology experiment course, the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching means of the course were discussed and reviewed in this paper.

《采后生物學與技術》是國內高校食品及園藝專業的必修課程,主要研究水果和蔬菜的采后貯藏和運輸、市場與營銷等問題,是一門實踐性極強的應用型課程[1]。該課程以采后生理、病理為基礎,通過采后商品處理、運輸和貯藏來達到延緩果蔬衰老、控制腐爛、增加收入的目的。其任務是使學生掌握采后生物學的基礎理論知識和必要的農產品采后處理技術。該課程在教學和實驗實踐過程中注重學生實踐能力的培養,在厚基礎、寬口徑的基礎上授課,講課內容精煉,重點突出,在有限的學時內完成內容豐富的課程教學,使學生了解和掌握園藝產品貯藏運銷的基本知識和技能,有效地培養學生的綜合能力。該課程分為3個教學模塊,即理論教學、實驗教學和課程設計教學。針對《采后生物學與技術》實驗課程的教學現狀,對該課程的教學內容、教學方法和教學手段等進行探討,以期為該實驗課程教學改革和實踐提供經驗和嘗試。……
