[摘要] 目的 探析應用富血小板血槳(PRP)對股骨頸骨折愈合及股骨頭壞死治療效果的影響。方法 方便選取該院2014年8月—2016年8月收治的股骨頸骨折愈合及股骨頭壞死患者78例作為研究對象,遵循隨機分組原則,劃分成對照組、觀察組,對照組實行常規空心釘固定手術治療,觀察組在此前提上應用富血小板血槳(PRP)治療,比對兩組患者骨折愈合情況、術后不同時間段Harris功能評分。結果 經過治療后,觀察組患者骨折骨性愈合例數達37例,明顯優于對照組,且股骨頭壞死率較低,Harris功能評分顯著提升,數據間差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 應用富血小板血槳(PRP)治療股骨頸骨折愈合及股骨頭壞死患者,可有效改善患者關節功能,提升患者骨折愈合率,值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of platelet-rich plasma in treatment of femoral neck fracture healing and femur head necrosis. Methods 78 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture healing and femur head necrosis admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine cannulated screw fixation surgery, while the observation group adopted the RPR treatment on that basis, and the fracture healing situation and Harris function scores at different periods after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the fracture boney union case number in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, which was 37 cases in the observation group, and the osteonecrosis of the femeral head was low, and the Harris function score obviously increased, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of platelet-rich plasma in treatment of femoral neck fracture?healing and femur head necrosis can effectively improve the joint function and improve the fracture healing rate, and it is worth promotion.

股骨頸骨折是臨床常見骨折類型,中老年是高發人群,近年來我國正逐步步入老齡化社會,該骨折的發生率進一步提升,甚至已經成為社會問題,嚴重威脅到患者健康生活?;颊吖钦酆?,骨折端血運被阻斷[1],易出現骨折不愈合、延期愈合等多種問題,從而引發股骨頭壞死。根據相關數據統計,股骨頸骨骨折術后患者股骨頭壞死率可達20%[2],因此,在采取手術治療的同時,也應配合其他治療方式,加速骨折愈合,提升患者生活質量。該文方便選取該院2014年8月—2016年8月收治的股骨頸骨折愈合及股骨頭壞死患者78例作為研究對象,重點探究富血小板血槳(PRP)對股骨頸骨折愈合及股骨頭壞死治療效果的影響,現將數據資料報道如下。
