【摘要】目的:本文主要探究貧血鑒別診斷之中采用血常規檢驗所取得的臨床效果以及臨床應用價值。方法:將我院進行檢查的缺鐵性貧血患者77例納入實驗B組,盲選同期于院進行治療的75例地中海貧血患者納入實驗A組,并選擇同一個時間在我院體檢的健康者盲選100例納入健康組,實驗A組、健康組以及實驗B組均進行血常規檢驗,對RBC、Hb、MCV、RDW、RBC/MCV以及MCH六項指標進行分析,探究實驗A組、B組臨床診斷正確率、靈敏度以及特異性。結果:三組進行血液指標分析和比對,實驗A組Hb、RBC/MV以及RBC水平高于實驗B組;實驗B組RDW水平明顯高于實驗A組和健康組;健康組的Hb、MCH以及MCV水平明顯高于實驗A組、B組,組間對比有明顯差異(P<0.05)。其中,實驗B組檢查結果(符合率、靈敏度和特異性)明顯優于實驗A組,但是在進行實驗A組、B組數據比對時,組間差異并無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論:貧血鑒別和診斷中經血常規檢驗可了解血液指標狀況,血液指標可為臨床診斷提供科學的數據,加上血常規檢查過程十分便捷,值得推廣。

Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical effect and clinical value of blood routine test in the differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods : in our hospital were performed in patients with iron deficiency anemia and 77 cases in the experimental group B, blind selection during the same period in the hospital 75 cases of thalassemia patients into the experimental group A, and select the same time in our hospital physical health were blind into 100 cases of the healthy group, experimental group A, healthy experimental group and B group were blood routine test, RBC, Hb, MCV, RDW, RBC/MCV and MCH six indexes were analyzed, experiment group A, group B clinical diagnosis accuracy rate, sensitivity and specificity. Results: the three groups of blood index analysis and comparison, the experimental group A Hb, RBC/MV and RBC was higher than group B; the RDW levels were significantly higher in B group than in A experimental group and healthy group; group Hb, MCH health and MCV levels were significantly higher than that of group A and group B, the comparison between the two groups have obvious difference (P<0.05). Among them, the results of test group B (coincidence rate, sensitivity and specificity) were significantly better than those of group A, but there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B (P>0.05). Conclusion: blood routine test can be used to understand the blood index status in the identification and diagnosis of anemia. Blood index can provide scientific data for clinical diagnosis, and blood routine examination is very convenient, which is worth promoting.

貧血是常見疾病,因人體中的血紅細胞數量和正常范圍相比更低而導致。發病原因與系統性疾病之間呈現出緊密的相關性聯系,在臨床主要分為四種不同類型的貧血(地中海貧血、巨幼細胞性貧血、溶血性貧血、缺鐵性貧血)[1]。因為貧血類型有很大的差異,因此在對患者治療之前需要展開準確的判斷,才可保障治療方案的科學性和合理性。目前,臨床主要是經血常規檢驗技術對貧血展開判定[2]。本文將2016年12月31日-2017年11月31日于我院進行檢查的77例缺鐵性貧血患者、75例地中海貧血患者、100例健康者作為研究對象,探究貧血鑒別診斷之中采用血常規檢驗所取得的臨床效果以及臨床應用價值,報道如下:
