[摘要] 目的 探討局部解剖學知識在急性皮膚放射性損傷教學中的應用。 方法 選取130名學生作為研究對象,隨機分為研究組和對照組,進行區別教學,進行區別教學前發放相關的調查問卷進行預調查。對研究組學生采用局部解剖多學科相結合教學的方法,對同年同期的對照組臨床學生,進行常規的普通教學。研究組教學方式中將皮膚損傷分級具體內容結合皮膚解剖層次,進行表格整理,并對急性放射性損傷的治療原理進行歸納,以供教員教學、學生學習。最后通過筆試成績衡量教學效果。 結果 研究組考核成績[(86.9±6.9)分]明顯高于對照組[(80.3±8.2)分],對放射性臨床學科的學生進行區別教學,教學質量明顯高于同年同期進行普通教學的臨床學生,且研究組學生的學習興趣,對現課程滿意度、內容是否容易接受、基礎與臨床結合能力等均顯著優于對照組,差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。 結論 將局部解剖學知識應用于急性皮膚放射性損傷教學中,有助于學生對急性皮膚放射性損傷結合皮膚解剖層次進行深入理解,提高對知識的掌握能力,應用價值很高。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of local anatomy knowledge in the teaching of acute skin radiation injury. Methods A total of 130 students were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The students were taught separately, before which a questionnaire was handed out for pre-survey. Students in the study group were taught local anatomy knowledge combined with routine teaching, while the control group was only given routine teaching. In the study group, the grades of skin injury and the level of skin anatomy were summarized in tables and the treatment principle of acute radiation injury was also summarized. The teaching effect was evaluated by scores of students. Results The results of examination of students in the study group [(86.9±6.9) scores] were significantly higher than those of the control group[(80.3±8.2) scores]. The teaching quality, learning interests, satisfaction to the course, acceptance of teaching contents, and combination ability of basic and clinical knowledge in the study group were significantly superior to the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of local anatomy knowledge in the teaching of acute skin radiation injury can help students deeply understand acute skin radiation injury combined with the anatomical level of skin and can improve the master of knowledge of students, thus is worthy to be promoted.

局部解剖學是一門實用性很強,并且是學習和掌握其他各個領域與之相銜接的比較基礎的課程。但是課程的理論知識比較復雜抽象、深奧,基礎理論偏多,學生學習起來較為枯燥[1,2]。在實踐教學時,可能學科老師對其他的相關學科或又缺乏了解,日常給學員的講課中,無法跟上局部解剖學在其他領域的發展前沿,所以學生學起來難以掌握[3,4],這樣就會使學生失去學習興趣,教學效果也特別差,不利于實踐人才的培養?,F將急性皮膚放射損傷的教學與局部解剖學的課程相關聯的地方進行整理,提高知識的臨床運用以及相關的實踐指導,加以分析說明,增強在教學中的應用,使學生學習起來更加積極,做到融會貫通,能提高學生的學習興趣和教師的教學質量,做到事半功倍[5,6]。本文就如何運用局部解剖學知識提高急性皮膚放射損傷教學體會進行總結分析。希望有利于提高其在皮膚放射性損傷的教學應用中,更合理地輔助教員進行相應的教學。
