淺談故事教學的有效策略

摘 要 有效的開展故事教學有助于培養學生學習英語的興趣，激發學習潛能，學生能較快掌握知識，有助于培養學生靈活運用英語進行交際的能力，使教學效果得到顯著提高。

我們的小學英語這套教材呈現給大家的是：四個小伙伴（Daming，Lingling，Sam，Amy），還有一些其他人和一些小動物。他們帶來了一系列有趣的故事、游戲、歌謠。教材故事情節生動，趣味性強。學生通過觀察、思維、想象，結合插圖猜測故事大意;老師通過提問、引導讓學生理解故事。這樣，學生不僅了解了語言發生的背景，明白語言的意義，還能理解語言使用的具體情況。

如何開展故事教學，要做的一下幾點。

（1）準備活動：認真分析教材，研究所要教學的內容，有針對性地創設比較生動形象的故事情境。從而，讓學生在故事情境中學習英語的字、詞、句。

（2）設計各類能幫助學生理解的活動：聽力是學生英語能力中的一項重要內容，故事教學不能離開這一項技能的訓練。在小學階段英語的教學中，教師采用自己講述或錄音材料等方式整體呈現故事。

（3）設計表達活動：在理解的基礎上進行，教師設計各類表達活動。

下面以外研社三起四上Module7unit1There is a horse in this photo為例談談我的認識。

一、分析教材與學生

（一）教學內容：學會“There is/are…”句型和現在進行時。

（二）教學對象：四年級學生有一定基礎，積極性高。

二、教學目標

（一）知識能力：會新單詞與句型photo，horse，sheep，eat vegetables，climb a tree，ride a horse and there is a…..

（二）語言能力：會從故事中獲得信息并能表達出來。聽說讀寫能力都能有所提高。

（三）情感目標：學會合作與交流。

三、教學重難點

重點：Students can listen，read and say the words and phrases.

難點：Use the new words and expressions to describe the pictures.Learn some spelling rules and pronunciation.

四、教學方法“Task-based teaching method”“Communi-cative language teaching method”and“TPR teaching method and so on.

五、教學過程和設計意圖

Step1.Greeting and Warming-up熱身導入

Greet with them as usual and sing the song“There is a great wall in China.”

【設計意圖】形成一個好的語言環境的同時復習舊知。

Step2.Task presentation and the text learning課文呈現及學習

Show some photos and introduce“It”s a long/short/big/small photo”

②With the help of the CD，students listen to the materials3times，and try to find the answers to the three questions.

Q1：How many photos are there？Q2：What is in the photos？Q3：What are they doing？

找出“there is a…”句型并下劃線，分三次聽故事找出答案，以不同形式呈現生單詞，小組活動加強。

③Match the sentences to the pictures.

【設計意圖】呈現新單詞和句型，幫助學生更好地理解故事。激勵學生學習語言的興趣。分三次聽故事，讓故事簡單化。

Step3.Practice操練Read and act and play magic pop.Talk freely.

【Purpose：設計意圖】吸引學生的注意力，幫助他們在真實環境中運用語言。

Step4.Development拓展

Talk about“the park”;show some pictures，students talk about them and choose one describe it using“There is a…in this photo.She/He is…”.Show time.

復述課文

【Purpose：設計意圖】發展學生合作和交流的能力。

Step5.Conclusion T：What have we learnt today？

In this step，I will guide the students to conclude the key words and sentences.

Step Six：Homework and assessment

1.Listen and repeat the text3times.

2.用There be句型仿寫6個句子。

六、板書設計

【設計意圖】幫助學生更好地理解故事。

通過課堂實踐，學生能積極參與課堂，能把所學知識運用到現實生活中，語言運用能力有所提高，由此可見有效的開展故事教學有助于培養學生學習英語的興趣，激發學習潛能，學生能較快掌握知識，有助于培養學生靈活運用英語進行交際的能力，使教學效果得到顯著提高，值得我們提倡。
