[摘要] 目的 探討小兒肺炎支原體引發的感染情況,分析阿奇霉素聯合布地奈德超聲霧化在實際臨床過程中的治療效果。 方法 選取2018年11月~2019年11月在我院治療的小兒肺炎支原體感染患兒100例,以隨機數字表法分為兩組,每組各50例。對照組50例患兒應用阿奇霉素治療,觀察組50例患兒應用布地奈德超聲霧化聯合阿奇霉素治療,比較兩組患兒治療過程中的參數指標(包括體溫恢復至正常范圍所需時間、咳嗽與喘息消失時間、肺部啰音控制時間、住院時間)、總有效率、不良反應率。 結果 觀察組體溫恢復至正常范圍所需時間、咳嗽與喘息消失時間、肺部啰音控制時間、住院時間均明顯短于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。觀察組總有效率為100%,高于對照組的80%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。觀察組不良反應總發生率為6%,低于對照組的16%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。 結論 采用布地奈德超聲霧化聯合阿奇霉素治療小兒肺炎支原體感染,治療效果好,副作用小,安全可靠,值得推廣。

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of budesonide ultrasonic atomization combined with azithromycin on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of budesonide ultrasonic atomization combined with azithromycin on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to and treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were divided into two groups according to random grouping method, with 50 cases in each group. 50 children in the control group were treated with azithromycin alone, while 50 children in the observation group were treated with budesonide ultrasonic atomization and azithromycin. The clinical indexes (defervescent time, cough alleviation time, wheezing disappearing time and pulmonary rales disappearing time and the hospitalization time), the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions (ADRs) were compared between the two groups. Results The defervescent time, cough alleviation time, wheezing disappearing time and pulmonary rales disappearing time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 100%, higher than 80% of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of ADRs of the observation group was 6%, lower than 16% of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of budesonide ultrasonic atomization combined with azith-romycin is significantly effective and soundly safe in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children, which is worthy of application.

小兒肺炎支原體感染是5~15歲少兒群體的常見病癥,臨床表現包括咳嗽、喘息、發熱,嚴重時會引起呼吸困難等[1]。臨床一般采用退熱、抗感染及霧化方式進行治療[2]。常用藥物為布地奈德、阿奇霉素等。國內醫學研究顯示[3],單獨使用布地奈德效果并不明顯,單獨使用阿奇霉素效果也不明顯[4]。為探討布地奈德聯合阿奇霉素治療小兒肺炎支原體感染的臨床效果,本研究選取2018年11月~2019年11月我院治療的小兒肺炎支原體感染患兒為研究對象,現報道如下。
