課程思政理念下研究生導師團隊的構建模式和育人機制初探

摘? 要 從導師遴選、導師團隊建設、基于課程思政理念育人角度，探討機械工程專業研究生導師團隊的構建模式，指出高校應改革完善導師制，把機械工程專業的研究生打造成理論有深度、思想有高度的高端智能制造技術人才，滿足《中國制造2025》需要。

On Construction Model and Educational Mechanism of Graduate

Tutor Team under Concept of Ideology-oriented Courses： Take Mechanical Engineering as Example//YANG Fuqin， XIAO Qianhao

Abstract From the tutor selection， tutor team construction， based on?the “Ideology-oriented Course” concept education， this paper probes into the construction model of graduate tutor team of mechanical engineering， and points out that universities should reform and per-fect the tutorial system. In order to meet the demand of the Made in China 2025， graduate students majoring in mechanical engineering will be trained into advanced intelligent manufacturing technology talents with profound theories and thoughts.

1 引言

為推動我國由制造大國向制造強國邁進，實現中國制造向中國創造轉變，國務院印發《中國制造2025》，它是我國制造強國建設的宏偉藍圖。制造強國建設要充分發揮科技創新的支撐引領作用，正如習近平總書記所說：“人才是創新的根基，是創新的核心要素。創新驅動實質上是人才驅動。”在實施《中國制造2025》背景下，高校應順勢而上，緊緊抓住這一重大機遇和挑戰，及時改革完善研究生導師制，把機械工程專業的研究生打造成理論有深度、思想有高度的高端智能制造技術人才，使他們在專業知識、政治素養、創新能力等方面滿足《中國制造2025》需要。

《中國制造2025》實施背景下，機械工程專業傳統導師負責制研究生培養模式的弊端日漸突出，比如導師與研究生比例失衡、導師知識結構相對單一、導師之間缺乏交流與合作、部分導師缺乏實踐指導經驗等。據報道，曾在部分西方國家盛行的單導師制，如今正逐步被導師小組制或聯合導師制所替代[1]。近年來，國內亦有部分高校開始在某些專業的研究生培養中實施團隊導師制。……
