《民主主義與教育》對小學課堂教學的意義

摘? 要 《民主主義與教育》中的很多思想對當前的教學工作具有指導意義，促進教師對師生關系和課堂教學本質等方面進行理解，鼓勵教師給學生提供興趣支持，讓學生在知識教育中得到成長的保障。主要分析它對當前小學教育所呈現的指導意義，思考教師如何在其思想指導下構建更高層面的小學課堂，讓學生可以在接受知識教育的過程中又能實現健康成長。通過本研究，希望可以對該書中的教育思想和內涵進行正確解讀，將其容入小學課堂，構建更高水準的課程教育。

Significance of Democracy and Education to Classroom Teaching in Primary Schools//WANG Song

Abstract Democracy and Education plays a positive role in guiding current subject education. Many of the ideas in this book provide good guidance for current teaching work， which not only enable tea-chers to better understand the teacher-student relationships， and the essence of classroom teaching， etc.， but also encourage teachers to?provide students with interest and support， ensuring the growth of?students in receiving knowledge education. This paper mainly ana-lyzes the guiding significance of Democracy and Education to the current primary education， and studies how teachers can construct the higher-level primary curriculum with the help of its guiding ideo-logy， so that students can grow up healthily when receiving knowle-dge education. Through this research， it is hoped that the educational idea and connotation in this book can be correctly interpreted， and can be included in the primary curriculum， so as to build a higher-level course education.

1 前言

小學教育對學生的日后成長具有重要影響，如果學生可以在小學階段接受高水準的知識教育，養成良好的學習習慣，那么則有助于日后學習的順利開展。教師必須要對教育思想進行全面解讀，對教育著作進行深度思考，結合時代發展對學科教育進行創新性探索，這樣才能給學生開展更優質的學科教育。杜威在《民主主義與教育》中提及的思想對當前的教學工作起到積極的引導作用，有助于教師對課程教育開展多角度的分析，促使小學生得到更優質的知識講解與能力培養。筆者認為此書對課堂教學具有指導作用，需要對其中蘊藏的教學思想進行正確解讀，從而讓教師開展更高層面的課堂教學。
