加強醫院管理提高肺結核疾病防控效果

[摘要] 目的 探究加強醫院管理對肺結核疾病防控效果的影響，進而為肺結核預防干預提供依據。方法 研究對象為該院篩查的5 860名人員，對其中病原學陽性患者進行為期1年的醫院管理與跟蹤隨訪，回顧分析管理前后的相關資料。結果 5 860名人員經過篩查，其中陽性檢出率為8.19%（480/5 860），經過加強醫院管理，肺結核患者管理后較管理前用藥依從性、規律痰檢、系統管理依從性明顯提高，管理后痰檢轉陰率為97.50%（468/480），肺結核患者追蹤到位率達到100.00%。結論 通過加強醫院管理，有助于提高肺結核疾病防控效果，提高患者治療依從性，促進肺結核患者的痰檢轉陰率，實現對肺結核患者的全面追蹤。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the impact of strengthening hospital management on the effectiveness of tuberculosis prevention and control， and to provide a basis for tuberculosis prevention and intervention. Methods The research object was 5 860 personnel screened by our hospital. One-year hospital management and follow-up were performed on the pathogenic positive patients， and relevant data before and after management were reviewed and analyzed. Results 5 860 people were screened. Among them， the positive detection rate was 8.19%（480/5 860）. After strengthening hospital management， tuberculosis patients had significantly improved compliance with medication administration， regular sputum examination， and systematic management after management. The negative rate of sputum examination was 97.50%（468/480）， and the follow-up rate of tuberculosis patients reached 100.00%. Conclusion Strengthening hospital management can help to improve the effectiveness of tuberculosis prevention and control， improve patient compliance， promote the negative rate of sputum examination in patients with tuberculosis， and achieve comprehensive tracking of patients with tuberculosis.

結核病是常見的一類傳染性疾病，其中以肺結核最為常見。肺結核對患者危害較大，比如可影響患者肺功能，造成患者自身免疫力低下，增加患者自卑心理等，除此之外，因為肺結核具有一定的傳染性，不僅影響患者自身，同時還會引起嚴重的社會問題，對此應重視肺結核的早期篩查與治療干預，依靠有效地預防控制，降低肺結核發病率，改善公共衛生狀況[1]。該研究結合該院2013年8月—2018年7月篩查的5 860名人員，對其病原學陽性患者加強醫院管理，取得了較好效果，現報道如下。

1 ?資料與方法

1.1 ?一般資料

該院共完成5 860名人員的肺結核篩查，其中男性3 156名，女性2 704名;年齡2～86歲，平均年齡為（47.94±6.84）歲，職業：1 761名為農民、2 046名為離退人員、161名為工人、134名為學生、259名為干部職員、其他職業有1 499名。……
