衛生統計在醫院管理中的作用和具體措施分析

[摘要] 該文分析了醫院管理中衛生統計存在的問題，如衛生統計重視程度不夠、技術手段落后、服務意識淡薄、專業水平不足，并提出做好統計管理、人員培訓、制度建設等具體建議。醫院需要重視衛生統計中存在的問題，并確立衛生統計在醫院管理中的作用，采取具體措施支撐衛生統計工作的有效展開，提升衛生統計的實際效果。

[Abstract] This paper analyzes the existing problems of health statistics in hospital management， such as insufficient attention to health statistics， backward technical means， weak sense of service， and insufficient professional level， and puts forward specific suggestions on statistical management， personnel training， and system construction. Hospitals need to pay attention to the problems in health statistics， establish the role of health statistics in hospital management， take concrete measures to support the effective development of health statistics， and improve the actual effect of health statistics.

衛生統計是醫院管理中不可分割的一部分，能夠決定醫院今后的發展方向，并為醫療質量的提高提供數據支持。醫院需要結合衛生統計的具體結果，找出醫院目前存在的問題，并及時采取對應的措施，完善醫院的未來規劃工作，讓醫院的醫療水平得到提升。
