醫院藥房中藥飲片質量管理探討

[摘要] 該文分析歸納總結當前市場中藥材及飲片質量存在的問題以及解決辦法。指出中藥材的生產加工儲存過程中的因素均會影響中藥質量，影響中藥療效，并可能產生不良作用。強調對產業鏈的技術進行規范十分重要，注重源頭，大力發展中藥材GAP種植，推動生產加工基地化，促進中藥市場規范化，并且建立科學的全面質量評估標準，才能有效地改善中藥材及其飲片質量的控制管理。

[Abstract]? The artical analyze and summarize the problems and solutions of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces in the current market. To point that factors in the production， processing and storage of Chinese medicinal materials will affect the quality of Chinese medicine， affect the efficacy of Chinese medicine， and may have adverse effects. It is very important to standardize the technology of the industrial chain， pay attention to the source， vigorously develop the GAP planting of Chinese medicinal materials， promote the production and processing bases， promote the standardization of the Chinese medicine market， and establish scientific comprehensive quality assessment standards in order to effectively improve Chinese medicinal materials and their control management of quality of decoction pieces.

近年來，中醫學的發展越來越備受國家的關注，也越來越受到廣大群眾的推崇，導致中藥材以及中藥飲片的需求量逐年增加，但其質量卻越來越難以得到保障。中藥材和中藥飲片的質量直接影響到藥物的作用效果，所以對于中藥材及中藥飲片的質量管理是非常有必要的。中藥的化學成分和藥性復雜，品類繁多，標準不一，同名異物和同物異名現象較多，導致中藥管理難度遠超于西藥難度。中藥材及飲片在種植、凈化、炮制、儲存、運輸等過程中存在的問題都會影響藥品的質量。同時制定統一的標準以及藥物監督管理部門的職能對中藥材及中藥飲片質量管理的作用也非常重要。該研究從中藥材和中藥飲片從生產到使用過程中存在的問題進行了詳細的分析?，F報道如下。
