摘要? ? 在新時代實施卓越農林人才教育培養計劃2.0背景下,校外實踐教學是培養復合應用型人才的重要環節,提高實踐教學質量是創新農林人才培養模式和深化農科教協同育人的迫切需要。本文分析了校外實踐教學質量考核評價現狀,并提出了規范校外實踐教學質量管理、嚴格規范實踐教學監控過程管理、明確主體和責任、完善考核評價機制、構建實踐教學質量考核評價體系等對策,以期為提高校外實踐教學質量提供參考。

Abstract? ? Under the background of implementing the excellent agricultural and forestry talent education and training plan 2.0 in the new era,practical teaching outside school is an important link in training compound and applied talents,improving the quality of practical teaching is an urgent need to innovate the training model of agricultural and forestry talents and deepen the cooperative education of agricultural science and education. The paper analyzed the status of assessment and evaluation of practical teaching outside school quality,put forward measures such as standardizing the quality management of practical teaching outside school,strictly regulating the management of the practical teaching monitoring process,clarifying the subject and responsibility,improving the evaluation mechanism,and constructing the evaluation system of practical teaching quality,in order to provide references for improving the quality of practical teaching outside school.

教學質量是高等教育的生命線,建立健全符合高等教育規律、科學有效的質量評價體系,是保證人才培養質量的關鍵環節之一[1]。校外實踐教學是高等教育教學的重要環節,可以培養學生專業操作技能、擴展知識視野與見識、提高實踐能力、培養吃苦精神、體驗職業精神和企業文化、培養學生解決問題的能力,是理論教學的有益補充,是影響教學質量的關鍵所在[2]。因此,總結和分析校外實踐教學質量考核評價現狀、探索農學類專業校外實踐教學質量評價改進措施,是農學類專業校外實踐教學質量改革的重點和難點,對提高農學類專業本科人才實踐教學質量具有重要的現實意義。
