[摘要] 目的 探析人性化護理管理在兒童康復病房中的應用效果。方法 2018年3月—2019年5月,選取在該院康復科接受治療的82例患兒,隨機分為兩組,對照組41例,觀察組41例,給予對照組常規的護理,觀察組在其基礎上,應用人性化的護理管理加以干預,對兩組智能DQ值、神經行為、滿意度進行觀察。結果 智能DQ值、神經行為的能力經干預后,觀察組數據較對照組較為優越,觀察組滿意度100.0%較對照組78.0%高,組間差異有統計學意義(χ2=11.710,P<0.05)。結論 將人性化的護理管理應用于兒童康復病房中,家屬的滿意度得到了提高,使護理投訴和事故得到有效減少。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing management in children's rehabilitation ward. Methods From March 2018 to May 2019, 82 patients who were treated in the rehabilitation department of the hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 41 patients in the control group and 41 patients in the observation group. The control group adopted routine nursing, based on this, the observation group applied humanized nursing management to intervene, and observed the intelligent DQ value, neurobehavior, and satisfaction of the two groups. Results After the intervention of the intelligent DQ value and the ability of neurobehavior, the data in the observation group was superior to the control group. The satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0% higher than that of the control group 78.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.710,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in children's rehabilitation ward improved the satisfaction of family members, effectively reduced nursing complaints and accidents.

伴隨著社會的發展與進步,人們對身心健康更加的關注,對于醫囑的執行,護理人員不再是被動的,而是將人性化的護理,進一步融入其中,本著以人為本的觀念,將自己置于患者的角度去考慮問題,為患者提供真正人性化的護理[1]。人性化的護理管理理念是以人為本,并在整個護理中進行貫穿落實。兒童康復科是醫院的重要科室,患兒因年齡小,感受表達不好,治療依從性較差,需要護理人員以患兒為本,實施人性化護理管理干預。相關研究顯示[2],將人性化的護理管理應用于兒童康復的過程效果顯著。該次選取2018年3月—2019年5月在該院康復科接受治療的82例患兒作為研究對象,觀察分析不同的護理措施的其應用效果,現報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選取在該院康復科接受治療的82例患兒,隨機分為兩組,對照組41例,觀察組41例。對照組男22例、女19例;年齡3.1~8.5歲,平均(5.8±1.2)歲。……
