[摘要] 目的 探討焦點解決模式在ICU護理實習(xí)生床邊查房教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 于2018年7—12月,以便利抽樣法選擇42名護理實習(xí)生為研究對象,以焦點解決模式進行床邊查房教學(xué),應(yīng)用評判性思維特質(zhì)測量表評價教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果 基于焦點解決模式進行床邊查房教學(xué)后,實習(xí)生評判性思維及各維度得分高于干預(yù)前,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 ICU護理實習(xí)生床邊查房教學(xué)中通過焦點解決可以有效提高其評判性思維能力。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of focus solution mode in the teaching of bedside rounds in ICU nursing trainees. Methods From July to December 2018, 42 nursing interns were selected as the research object by the convenience sampling method. The bedside rounds were taught in the focus solution mode, and the critical thinking traits measurement table was used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results After the bedside rounds teaching based on the focus solution mode, the interns' critical thinking and scores in all dimensions were higher than before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion ICU nursing trainees can effectively improve their critical thinking ability through focus solution in the teaching of bedside rounds.

評判性思維作為一種深思熟慮的能力,與問題解決有著密切的關(guān)系,是個體職業(yè)判斷和臨床決策的重要部分,在認(rèn)知理論和個人教學(xué)經(jīng)驗的指導(dǎo)下,通過幫助學(xué)習(xí)者理解認(rèn)知過程來明確思維,越來越成為醫(yī)學(xué)生教育的重點[1]。在高風(fēng)險環(huán)境下,如重癥監(jiān)護室,一旦出現(xiàn)認(rèn)知錯誤極有可能導(dǎo)致診療延誤或無法識別臨床變化、治療錯誤,如何通過模擬訓(xùn)練融入護理教育成為學(xué)生帶教的一個重要挑戰(zhàn)。案例教學(xué)作為一種高效、有效的教學(xué)方法,廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)學(xué)教育中,對于培養(yǎng)護理學(xué)生批判性思維能力是有效的課程[3],教學(xué)查房是由臨床老師組織教學(xué)對象對特定病例以傳授知識和解決具體問題為主要要目的的教學(xué)活動,是案例教學(xué)的特殊形式,能夠?qū)⒒A(chǔ)學(xué)科信息與診斷、治療、護理相關(guān)實踐技能和能力結(jié)合,使得教學(xué)對象獲得服務(wù)所需的流程、進展、行為[2],以確保護理質(zhì)量和保證患者安全。……
