[摘要] 目的 分析在超聲科臨床教學(xué)中的教學(xué)方式。方法 該次研究選取2018—2019年在該院超聲科進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)的超聲醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生100名,隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組(n=50)開(kāi)展常規(guī)臨床教學(xué),研究組(n=50)開(kāi)展多元化臨床教學(xué),比較兩組教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果 研究組實(shí)踐技能考核成績(jī)比對(duì)照組高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);兩組學(xué)生理論成績(jī)相比,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);研究組學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)方法的評(píng)價(jià)比對(duì)照組高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在超聲科臨床教學(xué)中采取多元化的教學(xué)方法,可以顯著提高學(xué)生臨床實(shí)踐能力,有助于培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的超聲診斷人才。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze teaching methods in clinical teaching of ultrasound. Methods In this study, 100 ultrasound medical students who had practiced in the Department of Ultrasound in the hospital from 2018 to 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=50) conducted routine clinical teaching and the research group(n=50) carried out diversified clinical teaching and compare the teaching effects of the two groups. Results The test group's practical skills assessment score was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the theoretical scores between the two groups of students(P>0.05). The control group was high, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting diversified teaching methods in clinical teaching of ultrasound department can significantly improve the students' clinical practice ability and help to cultivate professional ultrasound diagnostic talents.

超聲科工作在醫(yī)院各科室的工作中占有非常重要的地位,為各科醫(yī)生的診斷提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。為了提高超聲專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能,幫助他們更好地適應(yīng)超聲診斷工作,為病患的診斷結(jié)果提供更加客觀的診斷依據(jù),需要不斷地改進(jìn)臨床教學(xué)方法,提高教學(xué)效果。該研究中,選取2018—2019年在該院超聲科進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)的超聲醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生100名,采用多元化的教學(xué)方法,進(jìn)行理論知識(shí)和時(shí)間操作教學(xué),取得了良好的研究效果。現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
該次研究選取在該院超聲科進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)的超聲醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生100名,隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組中,男28名,女22名;年齡21~26歲,均值(23.21±2.21)歲。研究組中,男22名,女28名;年齡21~27歲,均值(22.78±1.37)歲。兩組基線資料比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
1.2? 方法
1.2.1 帶教老師及教學(xué)內(nèi)容? 兩組學(xué)生均采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的醫(yī)師培養(yǎng)流程,選用國(guó)家統(tǒng)一配發(fā)的實(shí)習(xí)手冊(cè)。帶教醫(yī)師均為該院超聲專業(yè)主治醫(yī)師,持有專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)證書(shū)。帶教老師具有5年以上的臨床實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上的帶教經(jīng)驗(yàn)。……p>
