普通高等院校“體育課程思政”建設思考

摘 要：“體育課程思政”是普通高等院校體育課程改革的新要求和新思路，采用文獻資料法對目前“體育課程思政”的內涵與建設要求進行了一定解讀和思考。研究認為，“體育課程思政”是體育課程踐行社會主義核心價值觀的必要步驟，是實現體育遷移價值的最直接途徑。要求做好課程建設的頂層設計，提高教師對課程思政建設的認識，做好課程評價設計工作。在課程目標里，注重提高學生德育、智育、美育三方面教育工作，設計不同的教學形式，統籌各種教育資源，達到高?！傲⒌聵淙恕钡慕逃康?。

Abstract：“Ideological and political education of physical education curriculum” is a new requirement and new thinking of physical education curriculum reform in Colleges and universities. This paper uses the method of literature to interpret and think about the connotation and construction requirements of the current “Ideological and political education of physical education curriculum”. According to the research， “the ideological and political education of physical education curriculum” is the necessary step for physical education curriculum to practice the socialist core values， and the most direct way to realize the value of physical education migration. It is required to do a good job in the top-level design of curriculum construction， improve teachers understanding of curriculum ideological and political construction， and do a good job in curriculum evaluation and design. In the course goal， we should pay attention to improving the moral education， intellectual education and aesthetic education of students， design different teaching forms， coordinate various educational resources， and achieve the educational goal of “cultivating morality and cultivating people”.

自2016年習近平總書記在全國高校思想政治工作會議上提出“課程思政”概念以來，全國各地高校都在紛紛開展有關“課程思政”的有益嘗試，不同學科在探索發展中取得了一定的成效。體育課作為普通高校課程的重要組成部分，同樣肩負著“全員全程全方位育人”的重要使命，如何理解“課程思政”的內涵，踐行立德樹人理念，充分發揮體育課在普通高?！罢n程思政”建設中的重要作用，做好“體育課程思政”建設等問題還應該進一步思考。本文就“體育課程思政”建設的內涵以及建設實踐進行有益探討，旨在為普通高?！绑w育課程思政”建設工作提供有價值的參考。

“課程思政”是一種有別于傳統“思政課程”的教育嘗試，早在2004年開始，上海就開始了學校思政教育課程改革的探索工作，形成了將“立德樹人”教育理念和踐行社會主義核心價值觀有機融合整個教育體系的“上海經驗”，2016年全國高校思想政治工作會議和2018年全國教育大會上，習近平總書記指出：“要用好課堂教學這個主渠道，各類課程都要與思想政治理論課同向同行，形成協同效應”。2017年中共中央、國務院發布31號文《關于加強和改進新形勢下高校思想政治工作的意見》又再次將高校思政課程建設提上日程，至此，全國范圍的“課程思政”建設序幕正式開啟[1-3]。

1 “體育課程思政”的內涵

正如習總書記在全國教育大會上談到的：課程育人是高校育人的主要方式，要讓所有教師深刻領悟所有課堂都有育人功能，不能把思想政治工作只當作思想政治理論課的事，其他各門課程都要守好一段渠、種好責任田。要把做人做事的基本道理、把社會主義核心價值觀的要求，把實現民族復興的理想和責任融入各類課程教學之中[2]，這就要求所有教師在課程教育過程中，將思想政治教育理念充分融入授課內容中，上好每一堂課，將每一堂課都當作育人的重要陣地，既不要照搬“顯性”思政課程的教育理念，防止單一內容的反復講授降低學生學習的興趣，又要深刻挖掘不同專業內容教學內容中的隱性思政資源，做好專業知識講授與思政理念的充分融合。
