舒適護理對晚期惡性腫瘤患者護理的效果研究

【摘 要】目的：分析探討舒適護理對晚期惡性腫瘤患者護理的效果。方法：此次研究采取隨機盲選法，將2018年7月至2019年8月進入我院接受治療的78例晚期惡性腫瘤患者劃分為2組，各組平均39例;對照組實行常規(guī)護理，觀察組實行舒適護理，對比2組患者的生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：經(jīng)積極護理后，對照組生活狀態(tài)、心理功能、社會功能及軀體功能與觀察組相比差異明顯，2組數(shù)據(jù)具備統(tǒng)計學研究意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：晚期惡性腫瘤患者實行綜合舒適護理的效果顯著，能明顯改善生活質(zhì)量，有助于提高護理滿意度，值得在臨床護理領域中使用及推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with advanced cancer. Methods in this study，8 patients with advanced malignant tumor who entered our hospital from July018 to August019 were divided into two groups， with an average of9 cases in each group; the control group was given routine care， the observation group was given comfort care， and the quality of life of the two groups was compared. Results after active nursing， the life state， psychological function， social function and physical function of the control group were significantly different from those of the observation group， and the data of the two groups were statistically significant （P <.05）. Conclusion the effect of comprehensive comfortable nursing for advanced cancer patients is significant， which can improve the quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing. It is worth using and popularizing in the field of clinical nursing.

晚期惡性腫瘤具有致死率高等鮮明案特點，主張實行化療等姑息療法進行治療，一旦治療期間護理方法不得當則直接影響其生存質(zhì)量。[1]鑒于此，本文重點探究舒適護理對晚期惡性腫瘤患者護理的效果，現(xiàn)將研究結(jié)果報告如下：

1 資料與方法

1.1基本資料

此次研究納入78例患者，納入時間為2018年7月至2019年8月，所有患者均符合晚期惡性腫瘤的診斷標準，并且均于知情條件下簽署實驗同意書，基本排除失語、合并精神疾病及合并傳染性疾病者。以隨機盲選法為參照劃分為2組，即：對照組39例患者中，男、女比例為24：15，年齡分布為57歲至79歲，平均年齡為（61.47±2.58）歲。觀察組39例患者中，男、女比例為23：16，年齡分布為58歲至80歲，平均年齡為（61.48±2.59）歲。2組患者一般資料無明顯差異（P>0.05），具有可比意義。

1.2護理方法

對照組實行常規(guī)護理，即：指導患者正常用藥，實時觀察其生命體征指標，一旦出現(xiàn)異常情況則及時上報主治醫(yī)師采取相應的處理措施。觀……
