摘要:針對我國《教育部關于開展現代學徒制試點工作的意見》文件精神,結合我校新能源汽車專業的實際情況,憑借我校多年來在現代學徒制人才培養工作取得的優秀成果,我校與上汽通過五菱公司共同創新育人模式,形成四元一體教學培養模式。在專業培養過程中,校企按照“雙主體”的基本要求和師傅帶徒弟的教學方式為上汽通用五菱公司及周邊相關行業培養了一批高素質、高質量的人才。
Abstract: In accordance with the spirit of the document "opinions of the Ministry of education on carrying out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship", combined with the actual situation of the new energy vehicle major in our school, and with the excellent achievements of our school in the training of modern apprenticeship talents over the years, our school and SAIC have jointly innovated the training mode through Wuling company, forming a four in one teaching and training mode. In the process of professional training, according to the basic requirements of two main bodies and the teaching method of master and apprentice, the school and enterprise have trained a group of high-quality and high-quality talents for SAIC GM Wuling company and its surrounding industries.

0? 引言
為了貫徹和落實我國關于加快發展職業教育的決定以及《教育部關于開展現代學徒制試點工作的意見》文件精神,近年來,我校創新育人模式,逐步形成“師資共享、設施共用、實踐教學場所共建、校內外教學課題共研”的 “四元一體”校企結合教學培養模式。通過校內專業教師與企業技術骨干 “雙主體”校企融合育人模式和導師帶徒育人模式,全力促進發展學生“手腦并舉”和“知行合一”的專業實踐能力,為我校打造具有“工匠精神”的高素質新能源汽車人才奠定基礎。
1? 背景
2019年我校新能源汽車技術專業成功申報為山東省現代學徒制試點單位。憑借我校多年來在現代學徒制人才培養工作中取得的優秀成果,我校認真貫徹黨中央、國務院關于深化產教融合、校企合作的要求,加大新能源汽車產業調研力度,深入企業和兄弟院校一線大力推行職業教育人才培養模式,并于上汽通用五菱公司(青島)共同成立了現代學徒制試點班級。……
