培養孩子規則意識和良好習慣的有效策略

【摘要】培養孩子的規則意識與良好習慣是幼兒園保教工作的基本內容。實踐證明，以童謠兒歌為載體，可以讓科學的制度內化于心;以典型榜樣為引領，可以讓良好的習慣外化于行;以家園共育為抓手，可以讓優雅的行為彰顯于身。本文將圍繞這幾個方面，深入探究培養孩子規則意識與良好習慣的一些有效策略。

【Abstract】Cultivating children's awareness of rules and good habits is the basic content of kindergarten care and educa‐tion.Practice has proved that using nursery rhymes and childrens songs as a carrier can make the scientific system inter‐nalized;guided by typical examples，can make good habits externalize in behavior;taking homeland co-education as a start‐ing point can make elegant behavior manifest in body.This article will focus on these aspects，in-depth exploration of some effective strategies to cultivate children's awareness of rules and good habits.

從家法到班規，從班規到校紀，從校紀到國法，無不是在培養一個人的規則意識。規則意識是一個人適應社會、立足社會之根本。無論是校園中的學霸，還是工作中的精英，或是生活中的贏家，無不具有各種良好習慣。良好習慣是一個人有效學習、高效工作以及優質生活的重要保障。然而，規則意識也好，良好習慣也罷，都不是與生俱來的，而是在后天教育過程中，有的放矢、循序漸進培養出來的。培養孩子的規則意識與良好習慣必須從娃娃抓起，從學前教育抓起。

一、以童謠兒歌為載體，讓科學的制度內化于心

無規矩不成方圓。對于每一位孩子而言，各種科學合理的規章制度是培養規則意識和良好習慣的重要參考與行動標準。然而，記不住各種制度是大部分孩子的一個共性。記不住各種制度，孩子自然也就不知道“應該做什么、不應該做什么、應該怎么做、不應該怎么做”等。因為各種“不知道”，孩子自然也就很難形成規則意識與良好習慣。……
