Analysis of the effect of targeted nursing mode on the heart rate，blood pressure，and psychological state of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing mode in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris，and evaluate the changes in the patients' heart rate， blood pressure，and mental state. Methods A total of 74 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the Department of Cardiology in the General Hospital of Eastern Theater of the People's Liberation Army from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group （37 cases） and the control group （37 cases） by random number table method.The observation group was treated with targeted nursing mode.The control group was treated with routine care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group，the observation group patients' heart rate （HR） level [（76.17±4.82） beats/min vs. （80.62±3.94） beats/min]，systolic blood pressure （SBP） level [（134.42±10.25） mmHg vs. （143.57±11.94）mmHg]，diastolic blood pressure （DBP） level [（88.92±7.63）mmHg vs. （93.71±5.09）mmHg]， frequency of angina attacks [（0.52±0.13） times/week vs. （1.47±0.31） times/week] and the Anxiety Self-Rating Scale （SAS） score [（38.14±4.37） points vs. （44.73±5.05） points] after nursing were relatively lower （P<0.05）， compared with the control group and patient satisfaction with care of the observation group was relatively higher （P<0.05）. Conclusion During the recovery period of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris，the application of targeted nursing mode can effectively correct the patient's abnormal heart rate and blood pressure，while improving their mental state，reducing the onset of symptoms，and improving the prognosis of patients.

心絞痛是冠心病患者的常見癥狀表現(xiàn)，冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄、痙攣引起的心肌缺血是導(dǎo)致心絞痛癥狀發(fā)作的主要原因。在過度疲累、劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)、情緒激動(dòng)等情況下，癥狀發(fā)作的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高。癥狀發(fā)作時(shí)，患者會(huì)出現(xiàn)急劇的胸痛和胸部癥狀表現(xiàn)[1-2]。隨著癥狀發(fā)作頻率的增加以及癥狀持續(xù)時(shí)間的延長，患者的心功能受損程度也會(huì)明顯加劇。冠心病心絞痛患者的治療恢復(fù)期間，主要通過藥物治療方法，達(dá)到緩解癥狀及減少癥狀發(fā)作的效果[3]。維持機(jī)體心率、血壓的正常與穩(wěn)定，保持良好的心理狀態(tài)，可以有效降低心絞痛的發(fā)作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，更好的保護(hù)患者的心功能，應(yīng)該在藥物治療的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)患者的個(gè)體情況，實(shí)施針對(duì)性的護(hù)理干預(yù)。本研究選取中國人民解放軍東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)總醫(yī)院心血管內(nèi)科2019年2月至2020年2月期間收治的74例冠心病心絞痛患者作為研究對(duì)象，探討綜合護(hù)理對(duì)冠心病心絞痛患者心率血壓及心理狀態(tài)的影響，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
