摘要:英語課程教學中,需要選擇一些能夠引起學生學習興趣和學生關注的內容,并將文化融入其中,讓學生通過英語學習,了解西方文化,同時加強對我國文化的理解。而What's the highest mountain in the world?這個單元通過問句做標題,引導學生思考課程內容。比直接用珠穆朗瑪峰用標題更加直接,在課堂教學中,教師可以借助學生的好奇心,不斷的拓展教學,讓學生理解“最……”這個表達方式。進而通過課程拓展,幫助學生穩(wěn)固基礎知識。

“one of+ the+形容詞的最高級+復數(shù)名詞”,意為“……之一”。如:

王老師是我們學校最受歡迎的老師之一 。
2. Even more serious difficulties include freezing weather conditions and heavy storms.
更加嚴峻的困難包括極冷的天氣狀況和巨大的風暴。
(1) difficulty既可作可數(shù)名詞也可作不可數(shù)名詞,在此用作可數(shù)名詞。作可數(shù)名詞時,difficulty
通常用作復數(shù),表示具體概念,即:各種各樣的“困難;難題;難事”。
例如: People learning a new language may face some difficulties.
人們學習一門新的語言時可能會遇到一些困難。
If you have any difficulties, you can call me for help.
如果你遇到任何困難,給我打電話求助好了。
作不可數(shù)名詞時,difficulty 可譯作“困難;艱難;辛苦; 費勁”,
(2) include 表示“包括;包含”,是一個及物動詞。
3. It is also very hard to take in air as you get near the top.
It is+ adj. + to do sth.,it 作形式主語放在句首,而把真正的主語放在句尾。常用于此句型的形容詞有important,difficult,dangerous,necessary,useful,possible等,用來對to do
sth.進行說明。此句型可以轉換成To do sth. is + adj.
