米非司酮用于治療婦產科疾病的臨床效果探討

【摘要】目的：觀察米非司酮在婦產科疾病治療中的應用效果。方法：選取2020年3月—2021年9月本院68例婦產科疾病患者，隨機分為對照組（常規療法）與觀察組（米非司酮治療），對比治療效果。結果：治療總有效率方面，觀察組（94.12%）比對照組（73.53%）高（P<0.05）；不良反應發生率方面，觀察組（5.88%）較對照組（23.53%）低（P<0.05）。觀察組比對照組生活質量評分高（P<0.05）。結論：米非司酮在婦產科疾病治療中應用價值較高，不僅可以及早減輕患者臨床癥狀，恢復月經，而且具有較高的安全性，可盡量避免不良反應的發生，值得臨床采納、推廣。

Clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of gynecological diseases

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the application effect of mifepristone in the treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods：68 patients with gynecological diseases in our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into the control group （conventional therapy） and the observation group （mifepristone treatment）， and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results：The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group （94.12%） was higher than that in the control group （73.53%）（P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group （5.88%） was lower than that in the control group （23.53%）（P<0.05）. The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Mifepristone has high application value in the treatment of gynecological diseases， which can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and restore menstruation as early as possible， but also has high safety， and can avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions as far as possible. It is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.

米非司酮是一種全新的抗孕激素，在婦科疾病治療中應用范圍較廣。米非司酮藥物除具有抗孕激素、雌激素活性功效外，具體作用機制如下：針對女性子宮內膜孕酮受體，該藥物親和力較強，可有效結合糖皮質激素與孕酮，將作用效果充分發揮出來[1]。米非司酮是妊娠終止常用方法，在醫學技術水平日益提高的背景下，米非司酮的功效越來越多，可用于許多婦科疾病治療中。經過調查研究發現，米非司酮在婦科疾病治療中有助于患者臨床癥狀及早改善，提升治療效果。因此，逐漸被應用于緊急避孕、子宮肌瘤、子宮異常出血等，整體效果突出。基于此，本文針對米非司酮在婦科疾病治療中的應用效果進行簡單分析，現將探究內容以如下報告形式呈現。
