摘 要 邊疆民族地區(qū)由于受經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的限制,其基礎(chǔ)教育環(huán)節(jié)比較薄弱,當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)學(xué)高職院校五年制醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)生源質(zhì)量相對較差,并且?guī)熧Y力量也有諸多不足之處,所以如何整合當(dāng)?shù)匾磺锌衫玫尼t(yī)療資源作為教學(xué)資源以提高五年制醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,為本地區(qū)培養(yǎng)適用型醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)人才,成為本地區(qū)醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)人士共同奮斗的目標(biāo)。

Abstract Because of the limits on economic condition, the ethnic minority area in the borderland with weak basic education is relatively poor quality of students and faculty, so it is the common purpose of regions People in the medical test how integrate local all available medical resources as teacher resources to improve the quality of education on Five-year Medical Laboratory Technology, for training Medical tests and technical personnel fitting in with the needs of native area.

1 前言
醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)是檢測人在健康和疾病時血液等標(biāo)本中的標(biāo)志性物質(zhì),為臨床醫(yī)生提供疾病診斷、病情監(jiān)測、藥物療效觀察、判斷預(yù)后以及健康評價等信息。醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)技術(shù)性強(qiáng),對學(xué)校的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備要求較高。為滿足教學(xué)需要,培養(yǎng)出人生觀正確、職業(yè)素質(zhì)良好和操作技能嫻熟的適用型人才,近年來著手對醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)的教學(xué)資源做出整改,構(gòu)建符合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況的授課模式,并取得較好的效果,現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下。
2 教學(xué)改革的必要性
依據(jù)教育部對提高普通高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的系列文件精神及對醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),并結(jié)合本地區(qū)醫(yī)學(xué)高職院校師資力量薄弱、五年制大專生生源質(zhì)量較差的實(shí)際情況,以及當(dāng)?shù)鼗鶎俞t(yī)院對醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)人才的要求,提出能夠提升醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的具體舉措具有非常重要的意義。
