論新經濟常態下高職院校學生核心素養培養路徑

摘? 要：隨著我國經濟、科技飛速發展，在信息化、移動互聯時代中，當代學生正處于一個觀念、信仰多元化的社會背景之下。“速食”文化不斷侵蝕學生思想，導致高職院校學生綜合素質普遍下降，這值得高職院校思考教育的本質及對策。高職院校教育的本質仍然是育人，培養高質量的人才。其中核心素養教育是關鍵，核心素養是所有學生應具有的最關鍵、最必要的基礎素養。將核心素養教育理念發展成為高職院校通識教育理論是可行的有效方法。文章首先闡述了高職院校學生核心素養培養的時代背景及意義，其次對目前高職院校大學生普遍存在的素養降低的問題進行了分析，最后提出了提高大學生的核心素養的創新思考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology， in the era of informationization and mobile internet， contemporary students are under the social background of a pluralistic concept and belief. The "fast food" culture continually erodes students' thinking， which leads to the general decline of the comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges， which should make the higher vocational colleges think over the nature and countermeasures of education. The essence of higher vocational education is still educating people and cultivating high-quality talents. Core literacy education is the key， and core literacy is the most critical and necessary basic literacy that all students should have. It is a feasible and effective method to develop the core literacy education concept into the general education theory of higher vocational colleges. Firstly， the article expounds the background and significance of the core quality cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges. Secondly， it analyzes the problems of the low quality of college students in higher vocational colleges. Finally， it puts forward the innovative thinking to improve the core quality of college students.

一、概述

隨著我國經濟飛速發展，經濟進入新常態階段。在移動互聯環境下，信息泛濫，“速食”文化、垃圾信息不斷充斥著大學生的頭腦。由于傳統優秀文化的缺失，學生缺乏信息甄別能力，學生價值取向及信仰呈現多元化。同時由于大多學生是獨生子女，從小嬌生慣養長大。大學生普遍存在以自我為中心、心理抗壓能力抗挫能力差、情緒管理弱、缺乏責任和擔當意識等問題。另外現在大學教育普遍以知識和技能傳授教育為主，職業道德教育和全面的素質教育缺失，導致高職院校學生缺乏職業道德和必要的能力。雖然現在“核心素養”教育成為我國教育改革的熱點，不過有關核心素養的研究主要聚焦在基礎教育階段，而在高等教育階段研究相對較少。……
