摘? 要:文章旨在研究如何建立高職糧食專業(yè)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn),校企共建以現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制培養(yǎng)為主的特色專業(yè)。探索建立校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、一體化育人的長效機(jī)制,完善學(xué)徒培養(yǎng)的教學(xué)文件、管理制度及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),推進(jìn)專兼結(jié)合、校企互聘互用的“雙師型”師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),逐步探索建立政府引導(dǎo)、行業(yè)參與、社會(huì)支持,企業(yè)和職業(yè)院校雙主體育人的現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制。

Abstract: This article aims to study how to establish the experiment of modern apprenticeship system of grain specialty in higher vocational colleges, and to build a special specialty based on modern apprenticeship system. We will explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for joint training and integrated education of schools and enterprises, improve teaching documents, management systems and relevant standards for apprenticeship training, and promote the development of a "double-teacher" teaching force that combines and employs both schools and enterprises. We will gradually explore the establishment of a modern apprenticeship system for government guidance, industry participation, social support, and dual-major sportsmen in enterprises and vocational colleges.

現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是教育部根據(jù)《國務(wù)院關(guān)于加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的決定》(國發(fā)〔2014〕19號(hào)),借鑒西方學(xué)徒制經(jīng)驗(yàn)在我國職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域推行的一項(xiàng)試驗(yàn),以校企“雙重主體”育人為根本,以“學(xué)生”“學(xué)徒”雙重身份為保證,以崗位成才為路徑,是一種全新的深層次職業(yè)教育工學(xué)結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)形式。[1]
2019年1月,國務(wù)院《國家職業(yè)教育改革實(shí)施方案》(國發(fā)〔2019〕4)號(hào),提出了進(jìn)一步辦好新時(shí)代職業(yè)教育,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)教融合,總結(jié)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制經(jīng)驗(yàn),堅(jiān)持工學(xué)結(jié)合;推動(dòng)校企全面加強(qiáng)深度合作,著力培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和技術(shù)技能人才。堅(jiān)持職業(yè)教育校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合的辦學(xué)制度,推進(jìn)職業(yè)學(xué)校和企業(yè)聯(lián)盟、與行業(yè)聯(lián)合。全面推行現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制,校企育人“雙重主體”,學(xué)生學(xué)徒“雙重身份”,通過政府構(gòu)建政策環(huán)境,校企雙方資源共享的方式,構(gòu)建互利共贏的校企合作育人機(jī)制。
一、我院實(shí)施現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的行業(yè)背景
黑龍江省是我國最大的商品糧基地,在維護(hù)國家糧食安全、建設(shè)糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)強(qiáng)國中的戰(zhàn)略地位極為重要,是保障國家糧食安全的“壓艙石”。……
