[摘 要] 近年來全國各地高校保險專業教學規模得到空前發展。然而,在保險專業課程教學中,主要采取傳統的教學方式,教學力量薄弱,教學課時相對較少,教學模式單一。作為一種新興的教學模式,慕課的大規模、開放性和在線等特征對高校教學產生了巨大影響,近年來得到了極大的推廣和應用。慕課有利于保險類課程教學的改革創新,通過慕課形式,保險類課程學習內容更吸引人,學習方式更受歡迎,學習時間及空間自由開放,同時可以減輕保險教師授課負擔,提升科研能力。因此保險類課程應該充分發揮慕課優勢,精心組織教學資源,注重實踐教學,建立科學的學習效果評價體系,從而改革保險類課程教學以真正培養出復合型的高素質應用型保險人才。

Abstract: In recent years, the teaching scale of insurance major in colleges and universities all over the country has developed unprecedentedly. However, in the teaching of insurance courses, the traditional teaching methods are mainly adopted, with weak teaching strength, relatively small teaching hours, and single teaching mode. As a new teaching mode, MOOC(Massive Open Online Course) has the features of large-scale, open and online, which exerts tremendous impact on college teaching, and has been greatly promoted and applied in recent years. It is also beneficial to the reform and innovation of insurance course teaching. Through the form of MOOC, the learning content of insurance courses is more attractive, the learning method is more popular, and the learning time and space are free and open. At the same time, it can lighten the teaching burden of insurance teachers and improve their scientific research ability. Therefore, teachers of insurance courses should give full play to the advantages of MOOC, carefully organize teaching resources, pay attention to practical teaching, and establish a scientific learning effect evaluation system, so as to reform the teaching of insurance courses in order to truly cultivate high-quality application-oriented insurance talents.

一、我國高校保險類課程教學現狀及問題
進入新世紀,中國保險業呈現出蓬勃發展的良好局面。2018年原保費收入達到3.8萬億元,同比增長3.92%,保險業總資產達到18.3萬億元。因此,保險業急需與保險業發展相配套的保險專業人才。近年來,全國各地高a校不斷開設保險專業,保險類課程是高等學校經濟管理專業的主干課程之一,在這種情況下,保險專業規模得到空前發展。然而,在保險專業課程教學中,主要采取傳統的教學方式,其弊端不容小覷。
