學(xué)生個(gè)案研究下新能源汽車(chē)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的分析

摘 要：通過(guò)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加新能源汽車(chē)技能大賽，總結(jié)學(xué)生賽前輔導(dǎo)和參賽過(guò)程，找出新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)服務(wù)和傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)技術(shù)服務(wù)的不同點(diǎn)，從教師本身專(zhuān)業(yè)調(diào)整，學(xué)生備賽態(tài)度、知識(shí)和技能方面為新能源汽車(chē)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)提供參考。總結(jié)出新能源汽車(chē)在整車(chē)使用過(guò)程中的故障排除和維護(hù)所需要的規(guī)范是不同于傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)的，新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)服務(wù)需要新的規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，論文重點(diǎn)討論了新能源汽車(chē)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)需要學(xué)習(xí)哪些課程，需要培養(yǎng)什么樣的能力，最后的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是什么，從而為新能源汽車(chē)技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)提供分析，也為學(xué)生參加技能大賽提供指導(dǎo)。

Abstract： By guiding students to participate in the skills competition of new energy vehicles， summarizing the process of pre-competition guidance and participation of students， and finding out the differences between the technical service of new energy vehicles and the technical service of traditional vehicles， it provides reference for the training of professional talents of new energy vehicles from the aspects of teachers' own professional adjustment， students' attitude， knowledge and skills in preparation for the competition.Summary of new energy vehicles in the vehicle used in the process of troubleshooting and maintenance of the required specification is different from traditional automobile， new energy automotive technology services need new norms and standards， this paper focuses on the new energy vehicles need to learn what course of talent cultivation， the need to train what kind of ability， what's the final training objectives， to provide new energy automotive technology professional talent training analysis， also provide guidance for students to attend skills contest.

前言

學(xué)生W和Z是我校大三學(xué)生，經(jīng)過(guò)兩年半的高職生活后，專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課和專(zhuān)業(yè)課均已系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)。對(duì)這兩個(gè)學(xué)生印象深刻，是因?yàn)閷W(xué)生在大一時(shí)就表現(xiàn)比較積極上進(jìn)，那時(shí)候?qū)W生參加學(xué)校舉辦的技能競(jìng)賽，我給他們講過(guò)兩個(gè)下午的汽車(chē)電路分析課程，學(xué)生課堂表現(xiàn)較好。

XX新能源汽車(chē)服務(wù)技能大賽高職組比賽兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目：整車(chē)充電系統(tǒng)故障排除和整車(chē)高壓系統(tǒng)故障排除。比賽過(guò)程更加注重規(guī)范操作作業(yè)流程。學(xué)生W和Z在學(xué)校經(jīng)常檢修燃油汽車(chē)，對(duì)汽車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)和汽車(chē)常見(jiàn)故障也算是基本能夠解決的水平，比如有些教師的車(chē)漏油、無(wú)法啟動(dòng)、補(bǔ)胎等基本的也都應(yīng)付自如。……
