協同護理管理在腎內科科室護理中的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 對腎內科科室護理中的協同護理管理應用效果進行探究。方法 該院腎內科在2016年11月—2018年12月間收治的患者，從中選取84例患者作為研究對象，對照組患者采用的是常規的護理方案，觀察組則需要采用協同護理管理的方案，對兩組患者的住院時間、滿意度、以及質量評分等指標進行對比。結果 從該次研究的結果來看，觀察組患者在進行協同護理管理之后，患者的住院時間、滿意度以及質量評分等都得到了顯著的改善，明顯優于對照組（P<0.05），同時在不良反應方面，觀察組患者的改善程度也要明顯優于對照組。結論 在當前的腎內科科室護理中，通過采用協同護理管理的方案，能夠顯著地改善整個科室的護理工作質量，同時實現患者滿意度的提升，降低護患糾紛的發生幾率，提升護理質量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing management in nursing of the department of nephrology. Methods Patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology of the hospital between November 2016 and December 2018. 84 patients were selected as the research object， and the control group patients were routinely used， the observation group needs to adopt a collaborative nursing management plan to compare the hospitalization time， satisfaction， and quality scores of the two groups of patients. Results From the results of this study， after the collaborative care management in the observation group， the hospitalization time， satisfaction and quality scores of the patients were significantly improved， which was significantly better than the control group（P<0.05）. In terms of adverse reactions， the degree of improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion In the current department of nursing of the nephrology department， by adopting the collaborative nursing management scheme， the quality of nursing work in the entire department can be significantly improved， and the satisfaction of patients can be improved.

在當前社會經濟快速發展的同時，人們的生活節奏也越來越快，這就使得其自身的身體健康出現了許多的問題，特別是對于腎內科的患者來說，患者一旦出現此類疾病，無法在短時間內實現痊愈，不僅加重了患者家庭的經濟負擔，同時也容易產生一些心理負擔[1]。腎臟疾病作為一種比較常見的疾病，其病情比較復雜，同時發展迅速，容易出現一些并發癥，對患者的生命安全以及生活質量都產生了嚴重的威脅[2]。而在腎內科患者的護理中，護理工作的質量起著至關重要的作用，通過改善護理工作的效率與水平，能夠更好地完成相應的護理工作，同時提升患者的滿意度。而對于協同護理來說，是建立在護理人員資源有效的基礎之上，通過提升患者自我護理的積極性，更好地形成一種新型的護理理念，提升患者的護理質量[3]。……
