摘要 十九大報(bào)告中指出,就業(yè)是最大的民生,實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)對于全面提升專業(yè)研究生質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要?;趯κ称芳庸づc安全專業(yè)碩士研究生實(shí)踐能力提升的研究,以仲愷農(nóng)業(yè)工程學(xué)院為例,分析食品類專業(yè)碩士研究生實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題,并從課程教學(xué)方式、專業(yè)實(shí)踐考核制度、校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式等方面提出改革措施。

Abstract In the reports of the 19th National Congress, employment was the biggest livelihood. The cultivation of professional degrees practical ability was crucial to improve the graduates quality. Taking Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering as an example, this paper based on the research of the improvement of the graduates practical ability in food processing and safety, the problems existing in the cultivation of professional degrees practical ability were analyzed, and the reform measures were proposed from the following aspects: the course teaching methods, appraisal system of professional practice,? training models of collegeenterprise cooperation.

食品產(chǎn)業(yè)是廣東省的傳統(tǒng)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在省內(nèi)的GDP每年維持在14%左右,專業(yè)發(fā)展前景廣闊。隨著食品行業(yè)發(fā)展逐漸趨于規(guī)范,高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)要求的行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢要求從業(yè)人員不僅需要豐富的專業(yè)理論知識,還需要突出的實(shí)踐能力[1-2]。近年來,企業(yè)對食品專業(yè)研究生越發(fā)重視,從事食品專業(yè)的研究生占比逐年增加。食品加工與安全專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)的宗旨是使學(xué)生不但具備一定的理論研究基礎(chǔ),而且能夠具備解決食品行業(yè)實(shí)際問題的能力,因此培養(yǎng)的主要是應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型人才[3]。其中培養(yǎng)研究生實(shí)踐能力對全面提高研究生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量起到至關(guān)重要的作用。高校需根據(jù)新形勢人才需求,積極摸索提高專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)方式,為企業(yè)提供高層次應(yīng)用型的人才。
仲愷農(nóng)業(yè)工程學(xué)院是一所以農(nóng)學(xué)、工學(xué)和管理學(xué)學(xué)科為優(yōu)勢,多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的廣東省屬本科大學(xué)[4]。學(xué)校秉承“注重實(shí)踐,扶助農(nóng)工”的辦學(xué)思想,為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才?!?br>
