溫針療法治療糖尿病周圍神經病變臨床療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 探究應用溫針療法治療糖尿病周圍神經病變臨床療效。方法 于2018年2月—2019年1月期間擇取該院收治的68例糖尿病周圍神經患者開展課題研究，將其隨機劃分為兩組進行治療并比較其臨床療效。調研組患者應用溫針療法，常規組患者注射彌可保治療。結果 調研組患者中共計有19例得到顯效治療，11例得到有效治療，臨床療效優于常規組患者，組間差異有統計學意義（χ2=9.827，P<0.05）;調研組患者接受治療后神經傳導速度高于常規組患者，差異有統計學意義（t=9.852、9.958，P<0.05）。結論 利用溫針療法治療糖尿病周圍神經病變疾病療效好，可有效改善患者肢體神經傳導，建議在臨床中應用。

Clinical Observation of Warm Needle Therapy for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm needle therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From February 2018 to January 2019， 68 patients with diabetic peripheral nerves treated in our hospital were selected to conduct research. They were randomly divided into two groups for treatment and their clinical efficacy was compared. Patients in the investigation group were treated with warm needle therapy， while patients in the conventional group were injected with mecobalamin. Results A total of 19 patients in the research group received significant treatment and 11 patients received effective treatment. The clinical efficacy was better than that of the conventional group， and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups（χ2=9.827，P<0.05）. The patients in the research group received high nerve conduction velocity in the conventional group， and the difference was statistically significant（t=9.852，9.958，P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of warm needle therapy for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is effective， and it can effectively improve the nerve conduction in the limbs of patients. It is recommended to apply it in clinical practice.

糖尿病周圍神經病變屬于常見慢性并發癥，其病因主要與血糖水平長期過高，導致神經組織代謝發生循環障礙，進而引發周圍神經病變，目前其發病機制還處于研究階段，臨床并無治療該疾病的特效藥[1]。隨著病程延長，患者會有肢體方面的感覺和運動障礙，該病具有起病緩慢且隨著時間的延長，患者病情將會逐漸加重，將會導致患者在不知不覺中喪失生活自理能力，對于患者正常獨立生活將會造成嚴重影響，患者必須依靠旁人照顧才能維持正常生活，對于患者而言是一個非常殘酷的事實[2]。糖尿病神經病變患者通過對癥治療可在一定程度上延緩病變，阻止病情惡化，將病情控制在可控制范圍內。該文旨在分析溫針治療糖尿病周圍病變的臨床療效，特擇選于2018年2月—2019年1月期間于該院收治的68例糖尿病周圍神經患者進行臨床研究，現報道如下。
