精細化護理管理對提高神經(jīng)內(nèi)科護理質(zhì)量的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探究在神經(jīng)內(nèi)科實施精細化護理管理對提高護理質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生的影響。方法 選取84例在2018年6月—2019年6月該院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的患者，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字法分為觀察組（精細化護理管理）和對照組（常規(guī)管理），各42例。比較兩組不良事件發(fā)生和護理質(zhì)量評分情況。結(jié)果 與對照組（40.48%）相比，觀察組不良事件發(fā)生率（14.28%）較低（P<0.05），且觀察組護理質(zhì)量評分較高（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 在神經(jīng)內(nèi)科實施精細化護理管理，可以使不良事件發(fā)生率明顯降低，提高護理質(zhì)量水平，具有較顯著的臨床價值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing management on improving the quality of nursing in neurology. Methods A total of 84 patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group （fine nursing management） and control group （routine management） each with 42 people according to random number method. Adverse events and quality of care scores were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group（40.48%）， the incidence of adverse events（14.28%） in the observation group was lower（P<0.05）， and the quality of care score in the observation group was higher（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing management in neurology can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of nursing care， which has significant clinical value.

因神經(jīng)內(nèi)科病癥的醫(yī)療周期較長，同時患者病情危重，發(fā)病急驟，所以明顯加大了護理人員在工作過程中的工作難度，例如存在較大的工作量和較多的特殊治療等，因此必須積極探究有效的護理干預(yù)方法[1]。同時，在人們不斷加大的生活壓力的影響作用下，也明顯增加了神經(jīng)內(nèi)科疾病的發(fā)病率，由于該病存在較慢的病情恢復(fù)速度，因此如果出現(xiàn)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科相關(guān)疾病，則會在很大程度上降低患者的生活質(zhì)量，對患者的正常工作和生活產(chǎn)生極大影響。在治療該類型疾病期間，大部分患者存在較大的年齡，且有諸多的并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)，例如運動障礙、語言障礙、認知障礙等，在治療過程中如果不能對患者進行有效護理，將容易出現(xiàn)相關(guān)不良事件，導(dǎo)致患者的生命安全受到嚴重威脅。近年來，在臨床上逐漸提出了精細化護理的概念，該護理模式以科技為背景，對護理工作的細節(jié)操作具有較高的重視度，同時最大程度地協(xié)作和互補現(xiàn)階段的各項資源，從而將最優(yōu)質(zhì)的護理服務(wù)提供給患者[2]。……
