[摘要] 在職業(yè)競爭日趨激烈的現(xiàn)代社會里,醫(yī)學(xué)院校附屬醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃對個人的成長與發(fā)展具有重要的意義,有利于醫(yī)務(wù)人員個人管理自己的職業(yè)生涯,充分發(fā)揮自己的潛能;有利于改善職業(yè)生涯階段中醫(yī)務(wù)人員個人與附屬醫(yī)院目標(biāo)的匹配過程;有利于醫(yī)務(wù)人員培訓(xùn)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變;有利于醫(yī)務(wù)人員保持臨床、科研工作的高效率和職業(yè)生涯的動力。該文以三甲醫(yī)院為背景,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代職業(yè)生涯理論,制定符合三甲醫(yī)院發(fā)展的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃體系,提出了在職稱晉升、培訓(xùn)等方面存在的問題,指出了現(xiàn)有職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃體系中存在的種種弊端。并針對附屬醫(yī)院醫(yī)療專業(yè)技術(shù)人員及護(hù)理專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的崗位工作特點(diǎn),提出了以職稱晉升、培訓(xùn)等方面為基礎(chǔ)的新的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃方案,并構(gòu)建了如何進(jìn)行規(guī)劃方案的實施。

[Abstract] In a modern society where professional competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the career planning of medical staff in affiliated hospitals of medical schools is of great significance to the growth and development of individuals, and it is conducive for medical staff to manage their careers and give full play to themselves. It is beneficial to improve the matching process between the individual medical staff and the goals of the affiliated hospital in the career stage; it is beneficial to the change of the training concept of medical staff; it is beneficial to the medical staff to maintain the high efficiency of clinical and scientific research and the motivation of career. This article takes the top three hospitals as the background and combines modern career theory to formulate a career planning system that is in line with the development of top three hospitals. It raises problems in the promotion and training of professional titles, and points out the disadvantages of the existing career planning system. Aiming at the job characteristics of medical professional and nursing professional technicians in affiliated hospitals, a new career planning plan based on job title promotion and training was proposed, and how to implement the planning plan was constructed.

人力資源是醫(yī)院的核心競爭力的第一要素。為在競爭中立于不敗之地,創(chuàng)立區(qū)域性醫(yī)院,那么醫(yī)院必須重視核心資源--人力資源開發(fā)和管理,留住人才,發(fā)揮人才的創(chuàng)造性是醫(yī)院發(fā)展的最重要的任務(wù)。在三甲醫(yī)院實施有效的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有助于充分調(diào)動員工的工作、學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,有助于個體目標(biāo)和醫(yī)院發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)[1]。
