摘 要:新課程教育理念指出,學生是有思想、有情感的獨立個體,教師在教育教學中要遵循學生的身心發展特點,不斷創新教育教學方式,促進學生知情意行全面和諧發展。本文首先簡述了新課改理念的背景以及對教學質量進行評價的意義,其次分析了現階段影響教學質量評價的因素,最后探討了教學質量評價的標準和方式,讓廣大教師充分認識新課程標準對初中各科教學活動的引領作用,從而合理地對教學質量進行分析和評價。

Research on the Evaluation Standards and Methods of Junior High School Teaching Quality under the Background of New Curriculum

【Abstract】The new curriculum education concept points out that students are independent individuals with thoughts and emotions. Teachers should follow the characteristics of students' physical and mental development in education and teaching, and constantly innovate education and teaching methods to promote students' comprehensive and harmonious development of knowledge, will, and action. This paper first briefly describes the background of the new curriculum reform concept and the significance of evaluating teaching quality, then analyzes the factors that affect the evaluation of teaching quality at this stage, and finally discusses the standards and methods of teaching quality evaluation, so that the majority of teachers can fully understand the leading role of the new curriculum standards on the teaching activities of various subjects in junior high schools, so as to reasonably analyze and evaluate the teaching quality.

多年來,我國持續不斷進行的課改突顯對學生發展的高度關切:教育的生活化和綜合化,表明教育工作者正在以激勵的方式促進每個學生的全面和諧發展。新課改強調了學生的知識技能、學習過程和方式、情感和價值三個維度的目標,在教學中強調把課本知識和生活實際結合起來,并要積極探索適合學生的學習方式,引導學生學習主動參與并探索研究。因此,對初中生的學習評價也就顯得尤為重要。

所謂新課程,即以改變學生傳統的學習方式為核心理念,鼓勵并促使學生進行自主合作探究學習。新課程理念在注重培養學生自主合作探究能力的同時,也兼顧了創新意識及能力,對學生個體的全面和諧發展具有重要的教育意義。傳統的教育教學活動中,教師生搬硬套,學生依樣畫葫蘆,這樣機械式地講、背、練已經不再適合當下高速發展的社會對高素質和創新型人才的需要。……
