My Family Rules

There are a lot of rules at my home. I am quite unhappy because some of the rules are too strict for me.

Firstly，my parents don’t allow me to use my smartphone. They believe using it only has a bad influence on my schoolwork and my health. Secondly， I have to get up at six a.m. to study every day. It seems that relaxation is unnecessary for me. What’s more，I feel like they just care about my grades. Thirdly， my mother always asks me to tidy my room. But my room is already pretty clean and tidy！I think there is no need to tidy it again.

Although I know these family rules are good for me，I can’tunderstand some of them.What should I do ？ Can you give me some advice ？
