綜合性護理干預對慢性前列腺炎患者治療依從性、心理狀態及療效的影響

[摘要] 目的 探討綜合性護理干預對慢性前列腺炎患者治療依從性、心理狀態及療效的影響。方法 將80例慢性前列腺炎患者隨機分為兩組（觀察組和對照組），對照組患者予常規治療及護理，觀察組患者加用綜合性護理干預，療程8周。結果 干預8周后，觀察組治療總依從率（90.0%）明顯高于對照組（62.5%）（χ2=8.35，P<0.01）；兩組NIH-CPSI和SDS評分均明顯下降（P<0.05或P<0.01），且觀察組下降更明顯（P<0.05）；觀察組臨床總有效率（85.0%）明顯高于對照組（70.0%）（χ2=5.23，P<0.05）。 結論 對慢性前列腺炎患者予以綜合性護理干預，可提高治療依從性，改善心理狀態，加快患者康復。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance， mental state and curative effect of patients with chronic prostatitis

[Abstract] Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance，mental state and curative effect of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention of chronic prostatitis for 8 weeks treatment course，while the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention for 8 weeks treatment course. The changes of treatment compliance，mental state and curative effect of patients in two groups were observed and compared，and the clinical curative assessment was carried on as well. Results After 8 weeks intervention，the treatment compliance rate of patients in observation group（90.0%） was much higher than that in control group（62.5%）（χ2=8.35， P<0.01）. Meanwhile，NIH-CPSI and SDS scores declined obviously than before（P<0.05 or P<0.01），and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group（P<0.05）.The total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group （85.0%） was much higher than that in control group（70.0%）（χ2=5.23，P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has reliable effect on the treatment compliance of patients with chronic prostatitis， which can improve the mental state of patient and enhance the curative effect.

慢性前列腺炎是在成年男子前列腺局部的非特異性感染，是泌尿科的常見疾病。慢性前列腺炎的病因及發病機制迄今尚不完全清楚，臨床上尚無特效的治療手段，給患者帶來了生活和心理上的諸多壓力[1，2]；加之大多數慢性前列腺炎病情易反復發作，難以治愈，治療較棘手，使得大多數患者伴有不同程度的抑郁、焦慮等心理癥狀[3，4]。近年來研究發現對慢性前列腺炎患者采取及時有效護理干預，可以在一定程度上改善患者的心理障礙，提高患者治療時的遵醫率，提高臨床效果[5，6]。本研究探討了綜合性護理干預對慢性前列腺炎患者的治療依從性、心理狀態及臨床效果的影響，現報道如下。endprint

1 資料與方法

1.1 臨床資料

選擇慢性前列腺炎患者80例，均來自我院2011年1月～2013年4月泌尿科門診治療患者。納入標準：符合美國國立衛生院制定的有關診斷及治療標準[7]。排除標準：（1）急性前列腺炎、前列腺癌及前列腺增生；（2）既往神經、精神病史及其他嚴重軀體疾?。弧?br>
