[摘要] 現階段我國大部分中醫藥應用型本科護理專業多關注技能培養,缺少職業道德教育的連續性和環境性,導致畢業生難以達到“精品”標準。“工匠精神”因其核心為提高品質,可以為應用型護理人才的培養提供研究思路。本文以分析“工匠精神”內涵為出發點,尋找其與中醫藥應用型本科護理專業人才培養的關聯性,探究將其植入培養過程的可行性和積極作用,并通過剖析培養路徑說明“工匠精神”對提高人才培養質量的現實意義,以期為我國中醫藥院校應用型本科護理專業人才的培養提供參考。

[Abstract] At present stage, most of the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in traditional Chinese medicine focus on skill training, but lack of continuity and environment for the professional ethics education. It is difficult for the graduates to meet the "high-quality" standard. The core of "craftsman spirit" is to improve the quality. It can provide research ideas for the cultivation of application-oriented nursing talents. This paper taking the content of "craftsman spirit" as the starting point, find out the relationship between "craftsman spirit" and the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in traditional Chinese medicine, explore the feasibility and the positive effects of "craftsman spirit" implantation. Through the analysis of the cultivation path, the practical significance of "crafstman spirit" for improving the quality of talents development is illustrated in this paper and provide references for the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate nursing talents in traditional Chinese medicine.

《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要(2010-2020年)》指出:要在擴大應用型、復合型、技能型人才培養規模的同時,將提高質量作為教育改革發展的核心任務[1]。中醫藥應用型本科院校作為醫學教育體系中不可或缺的重要組成部分,是為社會輸送護理專業技能型人才的主要陣地,其教育使命即培養具有扎實的醫學基礎知識、精湛的實踐能力、崇高的職業道德和較強的創新能力協調發展的應用型護理人才[2]。然而,現階段我國中醫藥教育普遍以工廠流水線式的培養為主,畢業生難以達到“精品”標準[3]。中醫藥應用型本科護理專業往往更關注“技術與技能”的培養,存在理論知識泛化、與實踐脫節、中醫藥行業教育欠缺等問題,人文精神的培育更是以簡單的說教和死板的課堂重復為主,缺少職業道德教育的連續性和環境性,在某種程度上很難適應社會發展的需求[4]。……
