摘 要: 心理疏導(dǎo)是新時(shí)期德育的重要方法之一,心理疏導(dǎo)與道德教育各有其特點(diǎn)和擅長(zhǎng),整合二者的特色與方法,將心理疏導(dǎo)有機(jī)融入青少年道德教育是增強(qiáng)德育工作專業(yè)性和實(shí)效性的必然選擇,也是提升青少年心理健康素質(zhì)的必然要求。認(rèn)知發(fā)展理論、價(jià)值澄清理論、體諒模式、主體間性模式等是團(tuán)體心理疏導(dǎo)德育模式的理論基礎(chǔ)。增強(qiáng)家庭育德功能,創(chuàng)設(shè)學(xué)校道德教育新情境,營(yíng)造促進(jìn)青少年品德發(fā)展的社會(huì)文化氛圍,確立團(tuán)體心理疏導(dǎo)德育模式,是實(shí)現(xiàn)心理疏導(dǎo)融入道德教育的價(jià)值旨?xì)w和實(shí)踐遵循。

Abstract:
Psychological counseling,as one of the important methods of moral education in the new historical background and moral education have their own characteristics,based on the characteristics and methods that integrate psychological counseling into adolescent moral education is an inevitable requirement to enhance the professional,normative and pragmaticality of moral education.At the same time,it is an inevitable requirement to improve the mental health of adolescents.Cognitivedevelopment theory,value clarification theory,the consideration model and intersubjectivity model are the theoretical basis of group psychological counseling moral education practice.Enhancing the family moral education function,creating a new situation of school moral education,creating a social and cultural atmosphere to promote the development of young peoples moral character,establishing the group psychology model dredge moral education are the value appeal and practical rule in the new era of adolescent moral education.
一、問題提出
隨著全球化進(jìn)程的加速,中國(guó)社會(huì)正處于一個(gè)整體轉(zhuǎn)型期,青少年德育實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域受到多元文化和價(jià)值觀的沖擊,青少年道德失范現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生,如何進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新青少年德育工作的新理念和新方法,探索青少年德育實(shí)踐工作新模式,是德育工作改革和發(fā)展面臨的新問題。黨的十七大報(bào)告指出:“加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治工作,注重人文關(guān)懷和心理疏導(dǎo),用正確方式處理人際關(guān)系。”[1]十八大報(bào)告中更是強(qiáng)調(diào)引導(dǎo)積極向上的社會(huì)心態(tài),應(yīng)注重心理疏導(dǎo)。全國(guó)衛(wèi)生與健康大會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)指出,為未成年人提供心理健康、道德健康、社會(huì)健康等全方位健康服務(wù)極為重要。中共中央頒布的《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)未成年人思想道德建設(shè)的若干意見》指出:“學(xué)校教育,育人為本;……
