智慧教育：信息技術與教育深度融合的落地

摘 要 隨著“互聯網+”時代的到來，信息技術沖擊著教育領域。教育領域也如火如荼地進行建設改造，智慧教育是信息技術與教育深度融合的落地。不同于以往教師教、學生學的傳統教學模式，它的顯著特征是讓師生走向互動，虛實走向結合，將學校建設成自由的“實驗室”。智慧教育的最終目的是促進教育公平，但智慧教育發展還存在一些亟待解決的問題。

Abstract With the advent of Internet+ era， information technology has impacted the field of education. Education is also in full swing to

carry out the construction and transformation， Wisdom Education is

the depth of information technology and education integration of the

floor， different from the previous teacher， students learn the tradi-tional teaching model， its distinctive feature is to let teachers and stu-

dents to interaction. The school will be built as a free laboratory， the ultimate goal of wisdom education is to promote education fair， but the current status of the development of wisdom education there are some urgent problems to be solved.

1 前言

近年來，隨著云端、物聯網、大數據的發展，對城市規劃、產業發展和人群分布產生方方面面的影響。信息技術已經滲透到人們生活當中，改變了傳統的生產方式，拓寬了思維發展模式，更新了傳統教育教學的觀點理念，豐富了教育教學內容，人們獲取知識信息的渠道更加多樣化。信息技術為我國教育事業帶來機遇的同時也帶來一系列挑戰，教育現狀和發展速度仍然是遠遠落后于信息技術發展。為此，我國教育部對教育信息化工作進行了積極探索并不斷改進，從傳統的“信息技術與課程整合”發展到現在提出信息技術應與教育“深度融合”（《教育部關于印發<教育信息化“十三五”規劃>的通知》）。2017年2月17日，教育部辦公廳印發的《2017年教育信息化工作要點》，核心目標之一是“深入推進信息技術與教育教學深度融合。針對不同信息化教學應用模式，試點組建若干區域、學校聯盟”。可見，2017年教育信息化的發展重心繼續落在推進信息技術與教育的深度融合，這既是順應網絡發展的要求，也是時代的潮流。……
