基于優質高職院校建設視野的心理健康教育教學改革探究

摘 要 以優質高職院校建設為政策導向，依據高職心理健康教育教學現狀和不足，從優化環境、工學結合、評建方式、實踐教學四個方面提出心理健康教育教學改革的思路和對策。

the optimization of environment， combination of engineering， evalu-

ation and construction of four aspects of teaching practice， put forward

ideas and Countermeasures for teaching reform of mental health edu-

cation.

1 前言

2006年，示范性高職院校建設計劃的實施，強化了高職教育模式改革的政策導向，促進了人才培養模式改革，使高職教育進入全面質量提升的歷史新階段[1]。2015年，教育部下發《關于印發<高等職業教育創新發展行動計劃（2015—2018年）>的通知》，對高職院校人才培養質量及教育教學改革做出新的部署。計劃中指出，要持續深化教育教學改革，建設一批辦學定位準確、專業特色鮮明、社會服務能力強、綜合辦學水平領先、與地方經濟社會發展需要契合度高、行業優勢突出的優質專科高等職業院校[2]。

目前，高職院校依托快速發展的機遇，在教育教學管理方面積累經驗，取得令當今社會較滿意的成績，但要以優質高職院校標準來衡量，還存在很多問題，特別是在心理健康教育教學方面，還存在較大的提升和優化空間。本文以優質高職院校建設為導向，明晰當前高職院校心理健康教育教學的現狀和不足，從高職院校實際出發，依托區域優勢，并輔以濟寧職業技術學院創新心理健康教育教學模式為例，提出心理健康教育教學改革的思路及對策。

2 優質高職院校建設對高職教育教學做出新的部署

國家頂層設計的高端定位為職業教育指明了方向，繪就職業教育改革發展的新藍圖。……
