增強水文與水資源工程專業本科生畢業實習效果的思考

摘 要 畢業實習是高校本科生實踐性教學的重要環節，有助于引導學生注重理論聯系實踐、鍛煉團隊協作精神、培養吃苦耐勞毅力、提升溝通交流能力、明確職業發展定位等。結合揚州大學水文與水資源工程專業多年來的實踐教學經驗，建議從內容設計科學化、時間路線設計合理化、效果評價多元化、紀律約束嚴肅化等方面進行組織實施，增強畢業實習效果，從而為高校畢業實習的組織實施和效果發揮提供參考。

on. The authors combine the practical teaching experience of hydro-logy and water resources engineering for many years in Yangzhou University， to suggest organization and implementation from the scientific content design and reasonable time route， diversified evalu-

ation of effect， and serious the discipline， improving the graduation practice effect， so as to provide reference for the organization and implementation of graduation practice in colleges and universities.

1 前言

高等教育的任務是促使學生掌握較為寬廣和系統的專業理論知識，培養具有創新精神和實踐能力的高級專門人才[1-2]。在培養體系中，既包括各種形式的課堂教學等理論知識學習，也包括認識實習、課程實驗、課程設計、畢業綜合實習、畢業設計（論文）等實踐性教學內容。我國水利高等院校在人才培養方面一直重視實踐教學，實踐課程和教學環節相對較多[3]。其中，畢業實習是對四年所學知識的實踐檢驗，是高校本科生實踐性教學的重要環節。

水文與水資源工程專業主要涉及水文、水資源、水生態和水環境四個層面。通過畢業實習，加強學生對所學水文自動測報系統、水文學原理、地下水文學、水文預報、水資源學、水文水利計算、水污染控制工程等專業課程課堂知識與實踐的結合，加強學生對水利工程、水污染處理工程和水文水資源工作的認識，使學生對水文與水資源工程專業有一個綜合了解，提高學生分析和解決實際問題的能力，使學生更好、更快地適應工作要求。……
