[摘要] 構建和諧醫患關系,良好的醫患溝通是不可或缺的環節。在診療過程中應把醫患溝通作為臨床工作的重要組成部分對待,精細化管理制定醫患溝通具體流程,加強對醫師業務能力及溝通能力的培養,強化醫德醫風教育及法律意識,提高醫患溝通的有效率及醫療質量、醫療安全的水平。該文就該院腫瘤科在提高醫患溝通的有效率所采取的措施和方法及過程中的體會做一報道。

[Abstract] To build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, good doctor-patient communication is an indispensable link. In the process of diagnosis and treatment, doctor-patient communication should be treated as an important part of clinical work, refined management and formulation of specific procedures for doctor-patient communication, strengthening the cultivation of physicians' business ability and communication ability, strengthening medical moral education and legal awareness, and improving medical effective communication of patients and the level of medical quality and medical safety. This article makes a report on the measures and methods adopted by the oncology department of the hospital to improve the efficiency of doctor-patient communication and their experience in the process.

隨著人口老齡化的增長和不良的生活方式因素的增加,全球癌癥發病率和病死率正在迅速增長。據全球腫瘤統計,2018年全球共約1.81千萬新發惡性腫瘤病例,死亡病例約960萬例[1]。而我國2015年中國癌癥統計數據表明,我國新發惡性腫瘤病例約429.2萬例,死亡病例數約281.4萬例,發病年齡呈低齡化[2]。從2003—2005年到2012—2015年,我國所有癌癥合并分析的年齡標準化5年相對生存率明顯提高,從30.9%提高到40.5%,但相對發達國家仍然存在一定的差距[3]。傳統觀點認為腫瘤科為醫院內低醫療糾紛科室,但近年來隨著患者及其家屬的法律意識及自我保護的不斷增強,對新治療手段及新藥物期望值過高,當臨床預后與高昂費用不一致時,容易產生心理落差從而有可能導致醫療糾紛的發生。周秋萍[4]研究發現腫瘤科由于其服務對象的特殊性成為醫院中醫患糾紛發生率較高的科室,其中由溝通障礙引起的糾紛占總數的41.67%。……
