[摘要] 目的 探討視頻教學提高護生中醫護理技術操作的應用效果。方法 選擇2017年1月—2018年12月實習護生80名作為調研對象,隨機分為兩組,對照組護生給予傳統中醫護理技術操作教學法進行教授,研究組護生給予視頻教學法進行教授。兩種不同教學法下,比較兩組護生對教學法的評價及滿意度情況,以及護生中醫護理技術操作考核成績對比。結果 研究組在溝通協作能力、課堂氣氛、自學能力、解決問題能力、動作技巧性、操作熟練程度、調動學習主動性、激發學習興趣8項評分上均高于對照組(P<0.05);研究組考核成績優良率及教學法滿意度均高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論 視頻教學法是傳統教學模式的補充和發展,在學習中醫護理技術操作過程中,護生對視頻教學法的評價及滿意度更高,中醫護理技術操作能力提高更加明顯,作為教學輔助手段值得在護理技術操作教學中推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of video teaching to improve the nursing technical operation of nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 80 internship nursing students were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group nursing students were given traditional Chinese medical nursing techniques and teaching methods, and the study group nursing students were given video teaching methods. Under two different teaching methods, the two groups of nursing students 'evaluation and satisfaction of the teaching method, and nursing students' TCM nursing technology operation performance assessment results were compared. Results The study group was higher than the control group in communication and collaboration ability, classroom atmosphere, self-learning ability, problem-solving ability, motor skill, operational proficiency, mobilizing learning initiative, and stimulating learning interest(P<0.05). The rate of excellent performance and satisfaction with teaching methods in the group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The video teaching method is a supplement and development of the traditional teaching mode. In the process of learning TCM nursing technology, nursing students have a higher evaluation and satisfaction with the video teaching method, and the improvement of TCM nursing technology operation ability is more obvious, which shall be promoted and applied in nursing technology operation teaching.

隨著中醫技術的迅速提升,中醫護理技術操作成為中醫事業的重要組成部分,且已發展為一門專業學科。對中醫院護生而言,護理教學的重要課程就是如何提高中醫特色護理技術水平和護理服務態度。中醫護理技術操作的高低直接影響患者對醫院整體護理服務質量的滿意度及信任度[1]。所以選擇最佳的護理帶教方法,從而促進護生實習質量的全面提高。護生向護士過渡的關鍵環節是臨床實習階段,也是護理技術操作提升的重要階段[2]。臨床帶教老師主要的工作目標和職責就是人文化、規范化、標準化的帶教。帶教老師結合臨床教學特點,將中醫護理技術操作教學以視頻教學的方法應用在護生的教學中,探討視頻教學對護生護理技術操作的應用價值。……
