[摘要] 目的 探究思維導圖在婦產科護理教學中的應用效果。方法 選取2017級該校護理專業學生90名作為研究對象,將其隨機分為對照組和觀察組,每組 45例,對照組學生進行常規教學方法,觀察組學生應用思維導圖進行護理教學,學習結束后,對兩組學生進行考核,比較學生的學習效果及課程評價。結果 觀察組學生的平均學習成績為(90.24±3.25)分,對照組學生的平均學習成績為(78.42±3.66)分,經比較,觀察組患者的考試成績明顯高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);觀察組學生的優秀率和及格率分別為66.89%、93.33%,對照組學生的優秀率和及格率分別為53.33%、66.67%,經比較,觀察組的優秀率、及格率均明顯高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);觀察組學生對課程評價的滿意率為100.00%,對照組學生對課程評價的滿意率為77.78%,經比較,觀察組滿意率明顯高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 在婦產科護理教學中應用思維導圖教學模式能夠明顯改善學生的學習效果,提高學生成績的優秀率,有利于學生理論知識的記憶和操作技能的提高,學生課后反饋良好,值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping in nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 90 nursing students of 2017 in our school were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 45 cases. The control group students used conventional teaching methods, and the observation group students applied mind maps for nursing. After the teaching and learning, the two groups of students will be assessed to compare their learning effects and course evaluation. Results The average learning score of the students in the observation group was (90.24±3.25)points, and the average learning score of the students in the control group was (78.42±3.66)points. After comparison, the test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the excellent rate and passing rate of students in the observation group were 66.89% and 93.33%, and the excellent rate and passing rate of students in the control group were 53.33% and 66.67%, respectively. After comparison, the excellent rate and the pass rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the students in the observation group on the course evaluation was 100.00%, and the satisfaction rate of the students in the control group on the course evaluation was 77.78%. After comparison, the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of mind map teaching mode in the teaching of nursing of obstetrics and gynecology can obviously improve the learning effect of students, improve the excellent rate of student performance, and is conducive to the improvement of students' theoretical knowledge and operation skills, which should be widely promoted.

護理學是一門以實際操作為主要內容的學科,在教學中要培養學生的思維能力和動手操作能力[1-2]。隨著經濟和社會的不斷發展,臨床護理環境趨向復雜化,社會對護理服務的要求越來越高,意味著對護理人員的要求越來越嚴格,需要臨床護理人員具備更高水平的臨床判斷能力和思維能力,顯然傳統的教育模式與方法已經不能完成這一目標。思維導圖又稱為腦圖,是一種新型的學習方式,是運用文字形式畫出學習者腦中的想法,采于聯想和圖形的方式進行思考,讓學習更加形象、直觀,幫助學習者加深概念的理解和記憶[3-4]。該文選取2017級該校護理專業學生90名作為研究對象,探究思維導圖在婦產科護理教學中的應用效果。現報道如下。
