新形勢下思想政治工作融入高校人才培養(yǎng)研究

摘? 要 新形勢下高校思想政治工作肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人的歷史使命。面對這一項艱巨的系統(tǒng)工程，積極探索把思想政治工作貫徹到教育教學(xué)全過程的路徑，從涉及高校人才培養(yǎng)最主要的教育、科研、管理、服務(wù)等多維度出發(fā)，通過培養(yǎng)過程中與思想政治教育工作的貫通融合，達(dá)到高校立德樹人的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。

Abstract Under the new era， the ideological and political work in universities shoulder the historical mission of training builders and successors for socialism. Facing such a difficult system engineering， the paper explores the ideological and political work to carry out the?education teaching process path， from the main education involves the cultivation of talents in universities， scientific research， manage-ment， service and other dimensions. With the integration of ideologi-cal and political education work， enhance the cultivation of under-graduate.

1 前言

高校思想政治工作是一項協(xié)同性高、涉及面廣的系統(tǒng)工程，隨著不同思想文化的交融交鋒，伴隨新媒體的迅速發(fā)展，使得高校思想政治工作面臨更多的新任務(wù)和新挑戰(zhàn)[1]。

當(dāng)今時代是一個飛速變化和發(fā)展的時代，學(xué)生的思想信念和價值取向都呈現(xiàn)出科學(xué)化、復(fù)雜化，這也要求高校思想政治工作必須隨著科學(xué)的進(jìn)步和時代的發(fā)展不斷增加科學(xué)含量，具備360度德育“大熔爐”的教育合力作用，將馬克思主義理論貫穿培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的全過程。為順應(yīng)新時代發(fā)展要求，充分發(fā)揮立德樹人在我國高等教育過程中的重要作用，堅持辦好人民滿意的教育，本文遵循教育規(guī)律、思想政治工作規(guī)律、學(xué)生成長規(guī)律，通過將思想價值引領(lǐng)貫穿高校教學(xué)、科研、管理、服務(wù)等各個環(huán)節(jié)，不斷完善和改進(jìn)高校理想信念教育工作，增加思想政治教育工作科學(xué)含量，并貫穿于學(xué)生培養(yǎng)的全過程，真正把大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人。……
