應用型本科院校網絡工程專業人才培養模式研究與實踐

摘要：國內大部分應用型本科院校網絡工程專業在進行人才培養模式改革的時候，過度的借鑒傳統本科院校網絡工程專業人才培養模式。這就使得網絡工程專業人才培養模式在人才培養目標、人才培養規格、課程體系設計等方面大致相同。因此我校要做到真正的人才培養模式改革，建設符合自己辦學特色的人才培養模式，培養“厚基礎、寬領域、高能力”的網絡工程專業人才，并成功應用于南昌工學院網絡工程專業。

Abstract： Most of the domestic network engineering specialty in application oriented institutes in carrying out the reform on personnel training mode， excessive reference network engineering professionals training mode of traditional undergraduate colleges. This makes the network engineering professionals training mode in the training objectives， training specifications， curriculum system design of roughly the same. Therefore， our school to do the training mode reform of real talent， training mode construction in line with their own school running characteristics of talent cultivation， "professional thick foundation， wide field， high capacity" network engineering， and successfully applied in Nanchang Institute of network engineering.

國內很多本科院校都開設了網絡工程專業，為了構建符合我校特色的網絡工程專業人才培養模式，學校以《以增強就業能力為導向的少數民族本?？茟眯腿瞬排囵B綜合改革總體方案》為指導，立足江西省及西部少數民族地區經濟建設和社會發展需要，圍繞學校改革發展目標，結合西部民族地區的產業結構與規劃，堅持以增強就業能力為導向，深入開展校企合作，構建以培養學生工程實踐技能為核心的人才培養體系，按照課堂教學形象化、技能訓練等級化的要求，以培養技術技能為目標，按照職業成長規律和技術技能要求的不同，分為幾個逐步提升的等級目標，強調“會什么、懂什么、能做什么”取得什么職業資格證書，重點突出幾項技能、幾手絕活。逐步形成結構合理、特色鮮明的學科建設體系，培養符合社會發展需要的高素質技術技能型人才?！?br>
