高校數字教學資源管理研究與實踐

摘 要 教育信息化的飛速發展促進了高校數字教學資源的日益豐富，但由于缺少統一規劃與集中管理，導致資源孤島、重復建設、應用受限等突出問題。以泛在學習環境下校本教學資源的有效應用為視角，通過構建校本教學資源管理平臺，促進校本數字教學資源的共享和師生個性化教學資源的應用。

Abstract The digital teaching resources have development with the

rapid development of Education Informatization in universities， and

become more and more abundant. Due to the lack of unified pla-nning and centralized management， the problems of resource island， redundant construction and limited application have appeared in the construction of resources. From the angle of ubiquitous learning， the

paper tries to promote the application of school-based digital tea-ching resources by construction resource management platform.

1 前言

教育信息化的飛速發展，極大地推動了高校信息化教學改革前進的步伐，隨之而來的是數字化教學資源的日益豐富。網絡課、精品課、資源共享課、微課、教學課件、講座視頻、視聽材料等，已逐漸成為目前各高校數字教學的核心資源。盡管各高校在數字教學資源建設方面都已取得可喜的成績，但同時也帶來組織的無序化、存儲的分散化以及應用的低效化等問題，并且出現多頭管理、重復建設、難以共享的資源孤島現象，造成資源共享性差、利用率不高等問題，阻礙了資源建設重要作用的發揮。

在互聯網+環境下，提高校本數字教學資源的建設水平，滿足師生對數字教學資源的及時獲取需求，增強數字教學資源的應用效果，切實發揮數字教學資源建設的作用，是促進高校教育信息化向縱深發展的重要舉措。

2 高校數字教學資源建設與應用現狀

資源孤島現象日益突出 高校在資源建設中積累大量種類龐雜、內容豐富的資源，這些資源或分屬不同的部門建設管理，或由教師個人存儲，例如：網絡課、精品課、資源共享課、微課等由教務處管理；……
